I?m giving it 4 stars because it?s classes are really good and well worth the money. Membership is quite cheap compared to other gyms. I only ever do classes in the studio (I don?t use the rest of the gym in all honesty) but I find there are plenty of classes running.
Unfortunately classes might get cancelled if only one person shows up which is the only downside so had to give 4 stars not 5
There are some negative reviews on here but for the money it?s worth it. It?s a no frills gym with great classes so perfect for me

PureGym is the worst gym chain I?ve ever experienced.
I was a loyal member at PureGym Colindale for over a year, but the way I was treated shows how this company operates as a whole. The gym itself is dirty, poorly maintained, and badly equipped compared to other gyms in London. Machines are often broken, weights are scattered everywhere, and there?s no proper phone service or way to reach management when issues happen.
The staff are unprofessional and clearly not trained in how to deal with members. When I raised a genuine complaint about a trainer misusing equipment and blocking others from training, instead of handling it fairly, she became confrontational and threw false personal accusations at me. Management then immediately sided with her, suspended me without asking my side, and eventually terminated my membership without any investigation.
This is how PureGym treats its paying customers ? unprofessional staff, no respect for members, and no accountability from management. They protect their employees at the expense of the people who actually fund the business.
If you?re thinking about joining PureGym, save your money and look elsewhere. There are far better gyms in London that are cleaner, better equipped, and actually value their members.

The fitness team enters the ladies changing room without any warning. And when I reprimanded him , he even snapped. Very rude staff.

Gym has almost all essential machines. It is missing a free weights rowing machine and hacksquat machine though. Would be better if they keep at least 2 smith machines. Flooring is decent, a few bumps here and there in the basement area near the dumbbell racks. A decent post 10:30pm option for people living in Stanmore/Edgware areas as this gym is open 24 hours. 10 mins drive and a 25 mins bus ride from Stanmore Station.

Very poor experience at PureGym Colindale. Staff especially the Asian female manager and some personal trainers were unfriendly and seemed to unfairly target my family with repeated emails about equipment not being put away, even though others do the same without issue. No reliable Wi-Fi service at the gym and their website constantly cuts out. For a while we tolerated this unfriendliness and poor management. We?ve now switched to JET 24/7 which is far better run, top notch gym equipments.
Would not recommend pure gym.

Really enjoying the classes, yoga with Marvelou is excellent, she keeps the class great for all levels, and I have recently attended two classes with the fitness instructor Nada, which have been really good, looking forward to attending more!

I had an horrible experience with one of the pt?s. He is very unprofessional, lack of communication, didn?t show up for the lesson and very rude. Avoid him, his name is Gabriel, the romanian guy. He refused refund my money just because the contract ?? has expired ?? he said.
