Absolutely disgusted with this store the staff are vile, rude, it's like a jumble sale inside nothing on correct hanger for sizing, when you ask for help your given attitude then the supposed security or possible management on the door seem to get a kick out of talking about customers between themselves as they get annoyed at having to actually do their job, highly recommend using different store.

Worst company ever twice I'm ordering online and twice I'm getting wrong order I'm not sure what kind of staff they got in the wherehouse 0. And when im calling custumer service they not helping at all nobody giving me refund and I'm just paying for delivery as well and nobody is sorting out nothing such a bad company and custumer service big 0. Just don't waste you money to order something online from this company because possibility to get something wrong is soo big and definitly nobody is helping about that. When im trying too contact manager they are never available what a bed company and custumer service.

Security guard on the door is a joke, I had a drink, he said no drinks so I said ok went to put it away & he wouldn?t allow access into the shop although I was putting the drink away. I get policies are policies but if the drink is not being drank in the shop then you shouldn?t be refused because you have drink on you. I ended up leaving the store & taking my custom elsewhere. Managers seriously need to have a word with the security guard as he is actively turning customers away at the door over drinks.

NOT CHILD FRIENDLY
Worst place to shop if you go with kids! Kids are not welcome here. I went with my 3 year old, 7 year old, my friend and her friend's 9 year old the other day. Security at the door said no drink (my 3 year old daughter wasn't drinking at that time, she was just holding a juice bottle that we just bought from B&M next door). I totally agree with that policy. So, I put it away in case she wanted to drink and she was a bit upset. Few minutes later, I went to check something with my 3 year old in a different section and couldn't find my friend and the kids anywhere. Looked for them everywhere in store and nowhere to be seen. Eventually found them. They were at the car park (my friend was very upset to even call). Apparently, the security and a staff kicked them out coz 7 year old and 9 year old (usually very sensible kids) were laughing out loud (joking with each other). I don't see that as a bad behaviour.They are old enough to behave well, especially in public.
It is just that they were happy doing shopping and happy to hang out with each other. Kids being kids! They were NOT punching each other or hurting each other. I wanted to go back and complain but my friend was upset. So, I left. That happened few days ago..
Yesterday, I wanted to go B&M and my 7 year old refused to go that way and said "I don't like to go Matalan coz they were so rude" and he also added "Why do they sell kids stuff if they don't like kids coming?". This comments from him made me write this review.
Parents with kids, it's better to avoid this store. It's already stressful to do shopping with kids, this place makes it even harder for you!

If you're bargain hunting and you prioritize quality. I believe this is a shop you shouldn't miss. Great variety of clothing and decent prices.
The brand can certainly do better in marketing themselves. As only true bargain hunters have the time to do online searches.
Well recommended.
