This was so easy to buy a bed frame, headboard and mattress from Mohamed in the Colindale store. The service was great with no pressure. I was also offered a drink. I was allowed time to test several mattresses and was given a pillow for maximum comfort and benefit. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the delivery is. 4 working days.
I am highly satisfied with the service and would recommend this store to a friend.

Wojciech was very kind and welcoming, he greeted me at the door, he answered all my questions and showed me all the options of beds that I was looking for. He also offered me a cup of water. I was very pleased.

I was hesitant today entering the store after an horrendous year, illness, long stays in hospital due to falls resulting in broken bones. This trip was my first for some time, I need not have worried, I was greeted by Wojciech, and due to his pleasant, manner and assurance that he would find me the bed of my dreams (excuse the pun) He found mattresses that I specified to meet my needs, I found the mattress I wanted and was offered some pillows to look at, however I have my own special pillow. I was impressed at finding the mattress that I decided to buy a new base as well, Wojciech showed me ones to my specifications, and I was very pleased at the ones he chose for me and purchased one that I liked. When we arrived at the desk, I was offered a drink of water, which was most welcome as I had been talking more than I usually do, Wojciech had a way about him which made me comfortable. Everything was explained to me, delivery date set and payment made. An excellent transaction indeed!

The service in the store was good. However we ordered our bed and they told us it would arrive 6 weeks from the order date. We said that?s fine. Now, the order date was delayed another 4 weeks without them notifying us. We called the store they were no help. We called customer service they said they could still deliver earlier but without the headboard. I don?t understand why you wouldn?t contact the customer first before such a huge delay and give them that option. Now our order is still delayed by 4 weeks because they gave our delivery slot to someone else. Ridiculous.

Brilliant experience buying from Natalya. She was very friendly, listened to our needs and provided thoughtful and appropriate advice and suggestions.
The sleepmatch service is great and was helpful in providing a potential shortlist to help narrow down the search - we ended up purchasing one from the list.

The saleswoman was awesome, explained to me everything carefully, every detail, she knows her job very well and helped me to decide which one I should get, I?ve also tried their ?Tempur?mattresses which I found very comfortable.
