Great service, great employees. Friendly and helpful. Wojciech immediately greeted me and presented the options for what I was looking for. I tested some of the mattresses but I wasn?t quite sure what to pick. Then he suggested me to try the sleep match mattress that they have in the shop. It really helped me out to make a decision. Also they gave me as a gift two pillows and a healthy discount.

We need to get a good bed and mattress and decide we want from dreams. Me and my family had a good experience in deciding it with the help of the Seller called Hassan, he has been excellent by guiding and advising us through the time we spent in the shop by offering this bed we lay in it to take some measures in order to offer the best mattress, he also offered us some water to drink. now look forward to soon enjoy our beautiful bed/mattress we will receive in September:)

Traveled here from Watford because we wanted to see the actual bed we were considering as they did not have it at our local branch.Easy enough place to find and quiet given it was a Thursday morning, browsed for a while unmolested, after about 6-7 minutes some one (Michael) came and asked if we needed help, all low key not pushy, as it happened we did we could not find the bed we had made the trip for.?That?s because we have hidden it? he said but promptly showed us where.We only came for a bed base, but he suggested trying out their ?sleep analyser? which in itself was worth the trip (thinking of going back and having another go) long story short, we also bought two mattresses, one for a base they don?t sell.Ordering was tricky as all the buys had different delivery dates and delivery is to a property not occupied full time, but Michael calmly worked through it and we left very content.

I received such amazing service, I was served my Michael who helped me find exactly what I needed and I was able to take the mattress with me on the same day! Really pleasant experience, would definitely recommend this store to others

Michael greated us well and professionally upon arrival, he offered us drinks and directed us to Sleepmatch machine which I personally think is one of the best inventions ever. He kindly advised us with the selected mattresses, he then directed us to selected mattresses providing us with a pillow for full real-life experience. He adhered to hygiene protocols all throughout and he never hesitated offering his help all throughout to sales and completion of the order. Thanks to Michael for his great effort and help and thanks to Dreams for employing such professional personels
