Provided a suit for drycleaning. They took ages to dryclean the suit and returned it in poor condition. I could have done a better job myself in the kitchen sink. Not sure they even drycleaned it to be honest. It put me in a difficult position and I had to buy a new suit at short notice for a wedding. The staff were more concerned with keeping my money than fixing the problem and didn't offer any further support or service. They had the cheek to ask me for more business on my way out the door. Never again.NOTE: I contacted the email address that they included in the response. They just sent me lots of template emails, asked for me for 'evidence' and didn't solve the issue. Really behind the times in their customer service approach.

I sent my clothes for laundry in early August but forgot to go through the pockets. It turned out that I had left some cash in the pocket of one of the trousers. When I remembered some days later, I gave up any hope of getting back my money as there was no way I could prove that the money was in the pocket if there was any dispute as to whether it was there when the clothes were dropped off. I was pleasantly surprised and overly overjoyed to see that my cash had been neatly packed, well labelled and securely kept by Francis Churchill. In addition to their services which I rate as exceptional, Timpson has shown that it is a truly trustworthy, ethical and honest company as exemplified by what happened. Thank you Timpson and thank you Francis.

Always arrive and leave Timpson with a smile on my face. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Even when they are busy they are still welcoming and always acknowledge you. Old school customer service, in an age where everything is express self checkout it's wonderful to see businesses like Timpsons still hold their own!

I went there on Saturday 26th Feb, to get a gate remote duplicate made. The attendant tells me they don?t have my model online or some story which makes no sense and that they will call on Monday and give me a quote. The whole thing felt wrong, you don?t need my model, if they don?t want to serve customers or just pass the buck then they shouldn?t be in retail sales. I just went to another locksmith and they immediately made a copy for me.

They have good offers now and then to get jackets, coats and other clothing dry cleaned, washed, pressed and so on. Also good service.

Very poor customer service! I needed a new security key cut which was £45 and was told it would be ready in a week. They were supposed to contact me once it?s ready, but after a week and a half they didn?t! So I went to check what the problem was only to find out that the person working there was on holiday and that they need a typed letter of agreement, not handwritten as he made me do at the first place! So annoying!
