Bread tastes like stale cake

I had very bad experience in subway . First of all that boy who served was very rude . Bread was not fresh at all . When we ask for more salad he said no we cant give extra . Even he didnt change his gloves too. Even for kids meal he didnt give us brown bread . Very bad bread was too dry .

I have been going here for a few years after doing the weekly shopping , I like to treat myself and not cook for 1 day. I got the breakfast burgette. " RIP- OFF. SHRINKIATION, GREEDY PEOPLE. ."
They are giving customers less FOOD- fillings and charging much more than it ready worth. The staff are miserable, faces like they have been slapped with a wet fish.
I asked WHY they are giving me less food in the sandwich and charging more? Her face went red because she got caught out. (They think people are uneducated and stupid.) Then she made out she didnt understand what I was saying. Be careful what the prices and make sure you got your app downloaded or you will miss out on your points like we did. GREEDY PEOPLE.!!!!

Ordered off Uber eats took 2 hours to prepare the food. It?s subway it takes 10 mins max to make the food. Worst subway probably as to why it had the cheapest prices from all the other subways. Don?t order from here.

Pathetic customer service the person with bald hair don?t know how to speak with with customer and arguing with customer about business first and customer service second but i think he needs some positive communication skills as well as conflict management skills.

Ten minutes ago, I visited this establishment to be met by a woman with a cold sour face who looked at me and then continued to make sandwiches without acknowledging that I was there. After a brief awkward silence, the lady serving asked, " What do I want?" I ordered, and she began to prepare. I was made to pay before my order was ready. After taking the sandwich out of the toaster, she asked what do I want in the sandwich , and I replied, " Everything." In which she snapped at me telling me it didn't come with everything and began filling my sandwich up with lettice that was turning brown. I said I didn't want that and ignored me. I said, "You are not listening to me." I said I don't want that and pointed out that the lettice is not fresh and turning colour. Another male staff member offered to make another one while she was trying to scrap the ingredients out with her hand. I said no, thank you. I'll have my money back as the lady has a very bad attitude. The male staff apologised on her behalf, and I received a cash refund. Disgusting attitude. Shame as it's usually nice here. It just takes one to let the rest of them down.

Tasty sandwiches served by friendly staff in a clean environment who do limit the number of sauces available for toppings & are also confused about the wooden forks & spoons available for customers use!

Not a place to dine in, the tables are awful. Whenever I go I feel they are about to close the store as the tables will be flipped. So, takeout is the only option left. Should improve significantly!!!

Tasty filled baguettes served by friendly staff in a clean environment.However it is a nightmare to use the App to take advantage of any offers .Seems also to have different rules e.g. of using Cards (Amex) in different outlets.

Too bad experience I will never go to this subway poor management I was daily customer of subway and when I go to subway there were manager working there I said to take order and redeem my points and he didn't give me sandwich even I have enough points don't appoint this type of manager it's a very dissatisfied customer experience.Vegetarian options: Too bad experience

I normally don?t like to write any bad review but this place was disgusting, no try no clean table and I asked the boss for some tissue, he said we can?t give more than 2 pieces of tissue, I told him im happy to pay, but he said sorry this is the rules ??, i got sick after i eat in that dirty place

These guys have reduced the size of their scoop so now you get half the chicken you normally would get. I asked the worker and she just said "everything changes". We live in a clown world - this is disgraceful
