I have visited this pharmacy only once, and I am very happy with the service I received. I went in for a private blood test on Saturday morning and received the test results on Sunday morning, so the laboratory they use is excellent as well. By the way, I barely felt the needle.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for approx ~2 years and I have to say Vrushit is the best and most committed at delivering excellent patient care. He goes above and beyond to make sure your medications are ordered and delivered on time. If there are any issues he connects with the surgery to get this fixed/prescribe an alternative. He actively listens to my concerns and even takes an interest in my healthcare. Additionally the pharmacy is clean, tidy and well stocked. All staff are attentive and welcoming and the pharmacist is very helpful. It also provides a wide range of services with great flexibility.

I had bad experience with this pharmacy on several occasions. The owner speaks rudly to her employees and belittling them in front of their customers. One occasion I asked her nicely why she jumps the cue and serving others while waiting to be served? She replied if I'm in hurry could go to other pharmacy.

Edit to add:Came back yesterday for my annual flu jab, again was impressed with the service and care, and they have a comfy new chair in the clinic room!Very quick and easy, was taken care of during the appointment and very impressed with the service.

I overheard the receptionist Rishi ridiculing a customer when he enquired about the fee for a prescription. Times are hard and the cost of over £9 was clearly a lot for the gentleman. But Rishi spoke in Gujrati and taunted "kya enu baap apwaana" and laughed at him. Roughly translated it means "should his dad have paid?" Very rude staff!

I recently visited a pharmacy in Colindale and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and care I received.
