All can ask for from a reasonably priced hotel near London. Quick top book, good price, easy check in and quiet. Decent bed and clean. Didn't eat there so cant comment on that. Would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nights sleep in this location

We are regular Premier Inn customers and have never had cause to leave a poor review before. London Edgware was a complete disappointment and has left us reconsidering our hotel choices. Firstly, our check-in experience was poor. The guy was more interested in bar customers and failed to tell us that our room was in a completely different building to reception - it was only when we had to call him back again to ask where our room was after wandering around like lost sheep that he said ?oh yes, I should have told you it?s in the building across the car park?. Yeah, that would have been helpful, mate. Cheers for that. We brushed that off and made our way to room 705 - opened the door and the most horrific stench of damp greeted us in the bedroom area though we couldn?t actually see any damp. It was awful, it lingered everywhere and you could feel it up your nose and on your chest. It went from bad to worse when we entered the bathroom to a stench of something - not sure what - seemed to be a mixture of sewage and food. Again, it all looked clean but the smell was awful. We went back to reception to be basically told they were full so take it or leave it. It was close to 11pm and with most hotels in the area fully booked we had no choice but to stay and try to not let it ruin our weekend trip. The bed wasn?t as comfortable as usual - I suspect the mattress is due to be replaced - however the shower was nice and hot and had good pressure. We are very regular Premier Inn customers and have always been pleased with the room and service - not this time!!

This has to be one of the worse premier inn hotels we stayed in. Room dark dingy and stains all over the carpet. We have stayed in many premier inns, but this one wasn?t up to standard. Only 1 USB port lights wasn?t adequate for the room, overall poor standard.

Stayed here for a concert in Wembley, really handy location as a short bus and tube journey got us there in half hour. Very helpful staff. Rooms as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Very clean, good size car park, £12 to park for 24 hours which won?t break the bank.

I booked this Premier Inn as it was just outside of Wembley, only three stops away in fact. We were lucky to be able to check in at 2.30 as our room was ready. As the concert we were attending started mid afternoon, we dumped our bags and left. On return, very late Saturday evening, the room was very past its best, The bed base was torn, the walls were stained with what, I cannot say. There were dust webs on the ceiling and was really not worth the money charged : £169 not including breakfast. Stupidly I had booked breakfast as well. We had an early breakfast, at 7.15, which should have meant it was all freshly prepared an hot. Tepid is the best description I can give. Overall, this is the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. I have always associated this brand with knowing what you are going to get - reliable, clean and value for money. It did not meet those expectations, it fell far short in fact. I would not stay at this Premier Inn again.

Brilliant base for those driving to London as tourists. Excellent parking, clean spacious rooms, brilliant breakfast to set you up for a long day out.Underground only 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again.

Getting an email a few days before our stay stating that due to staff shortages they will not clean the room during our 4 day stay doesn't really sit well. If the usual standard can not be met, one would expect at least some compensation. Our first room had no way of airing and the airco unit had thick mold on the filters. Needless to say we felt ill after our 1st night. After some insisting we got a room change the next day. These are not the standards we have come to expect from Premier Inn!

Excellent quick and easy link to Wembley Park to attend Coldplay concert. Staff very helpful at front desk and provided a printed info sheet to confirm bus and tube direct to Wembley. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to Wembley stadium. Be very aware this hotel is at Edgeware and NOT Edgeware Road. It is within easy walking distance of Edgeware tube station.

Bedroom was clean and bed linen spotless. Shower over the bath was good and the bathroom was clean. Check-in was busy but the wait wasn't too long. Costa at reception was cheerful, friendly and efficient. The hotel is very convenient for the Northern line into the city.

As far as Premier Inns go `this is a good one`. Comfy bed, Good TV with lots of FTA channels. A really good air conditioner unit which is essential when its 39 deg. outside:-). I forgot my phone charger plug but there was a USB point next to the bed, result. There was a small family of elephants staying above me but they did quieten down :). The glazing does keep most of the road noise out. The car park is not free but you pay the machine on leaving. The meal deal food is just ok but convenient.

Very pleasant experience. We really enjoyed the dinner menu. We ordered from it quite a bit. The air conditioning in the room was a plus especially as we are in this heat wave. Sleep comfort was fantastic. Will book again

We have been to this hotel for 15 years, at least twice a year, for family visits. We?ve seen a decrease in service over the last few years. No reception desk anymore; only a few computers to check in. A staff member can be called to hand over the key cards. This time our stay was unpleasant beyond belief. The rooms are cleaned only once in 5 days. Only at request they came to empty the garbage bins. Parking is a disaster. The fee is incredibly high: GBP 12 for 0-24 hours. When you leave the hotel within these 0-24 hrs you have to pay another 12 pounds. So it is not unlikely that you pay GBP 36 or more within 24 hrs. The worst experience this time was parking. Being disabled and a Blue Badge holder, I usually park on one of the three Blue Badge bays next to the entrance. This time, they were almost every time taken by cars of which at least two did not show a Blue Badge, in spite of the announcement that they could expect a fine of GBP 100. The same happened with the three other bays for disabled further away from the entrance. When I complained to the staff they told me that they couldn?t anything ?but the police checked it regularly?, which is not true as this is a private parking lot. I found out at the end of our stay that the cars without Blue Badge parking on the reserved bays belonged to staff members of the hotel. They knew they could do this as they were covered by their colleagues. Unless the Premier Inn apologize and accommodate me for the inconvenience, this was the last time I stayed in a Premier Inn Hotel.

The noise in the room was unbearable. We got a ground room floor next to the hotel vendors entrance that woke us up every morning with their wagons bumping at our window. In addition, the toilet fan made a horrible rattle noise that made the room sound like a airport landing area. We complained to the hotel but they said the fan noise problem is known and cannot be solved.

The hotel was in a great location to get to Wembley and also central London via tube, bus and Uber. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean, it also has parking which was perfect although you do have to pay for this.

When we arrive the receptionist was very curt and stroppy which was not needed at 01.00. Then the bathroom door handle fell of at the first use locking my daughter in the bathroom. Not what you need in the early hours. This meant no one could close e door for the rest of the stay!! No apology when I reported it either!!
