“This is by far the best pharmacy in Colindale, tried a couple of others the service was terrible, but at the Hyde Pharmacy the people and the service was fantastic and certainly I will be using them for the future, great friendly experience thank you.”

“Everybody at this post office has always been nice to me, but this morning deserves a special note! I came by at 9 AM with 6 packages to different countries. I was anxious about how to wrap and ship them safely, how much it was all going to cost, and hoping that no customers would come by while I’m dealing with all this. I was chaotic. Three clerks have helped me - because I took so long. At first, there was only one lady, who was very kind and tried out box sizes with me! Then, two younger clerks took her place, and one of them spend about 25 minutes just loading the packages into the system, patiently waiting for me to fill the addresses into the little forms, one by one, and joking around with me. 10/10. ❤️”

“I use this post office regularly and I can firmly say I disagree with the negative reviews. The people giving these negative reviews are probably the people who argue with the staff about things that aren't their faultI've always found they try and ensure my parcels can be sent as cheaply as possible (by using the sizing guide to see if I can be sent as a large letter rather than a parcel). Staff actively check the queue and do their best to keep it moving by checking if anyone just needs to shop counter as they can be served faster for example. My advice to people posting, is to remember it's a busy counter inside a small shop. Come knowing what service it is you need - you can easily find the maximum sizes allowed for letter, large letter, parcel etc online. Remember if you underpay for postage, the recipient has to pay a fee to recieve it e.g if you assume your parcel fits as a large letter when it doesn't. So don't take it out on staff if they charge you the correct rate for your letters of parcels and won't send it as a cheaper size. ?My only suggestion to this post office, is to arrange times for business senders to drop off their parcels. Many people arrive with massive bags full of stuff to send and they should really be using the business service where Royal Mail collects that volume of parcels from the sender's house, rather than allowing these users to hold up the queues at a tiny postoffice branch during busy hours.”

“After dropping off a parcel late for last collection on a bank holiday weekend, they cut open the bag for me so they could slip my parcel in at the last minute before the post man came. For a tiny, busy place, the people there have always been really friendly and helpful whenever I've been in”
