Me and my husband came last night for dinner, we ordered the ceaser wrap & half chicken with 2 sides each , both coleslaw and rice & chips . Once we left we felt very nauseous and tired .we didnt sleep till 3 am with the worst tummy ache. Not to mention the tables were so sticky and dirty I should have taken a photo was nasty

Food is always delicious and properly cooked. Staff at Nandos in Kingsbury are very welcoming and helpful, creating a great atmosphere to relax on the weekend or after a long day at work. I would highly recommend this place.

Really poor experience with Kingsbury Nando?s. We only received half our delivery (order #0423 on 4th July), and when we called the restaurant, the person claiming to be the manager (?Kidel?, he spelt his name for us) was rude and raised his voice at us.
Customer service later said no manager by that name works there, which is even more concerning. We got a partial refund, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. Won?t be ordering from or visiting this branch again.

Very rude staff. The manager was very rude to us on the phone, he started raising his voice at my sister and was not helpful in the slightest. When she asked for his name, he said his name was Kidel and spelled it out for us. We took this to further customer service and they said there is no manager by that name, so it seems that not only was the manager extremely disrespectful and lacks customer service training, but he is also comfortable lying to the customers paying for a service. Awful location, Nando's desperately need to review their staff at this location and make some significant changes, starting with firing whoever this manager was.

I?d give this branch 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrendous customer service. We ordered through the nando?s app, and for some reason the order was split in two and the restaurant refused to give the second bag of our order to the first driver. We waited over an hour for our second half of the order, and when calling the app customer support, they suggested to call the restaurant. I got through to the manager Kidel, who after just a few seconds began raising his voice at me and being very rude. He claimed they did not have the other half of the order as they would never release it after, directly contradicting what the driver said, and i don?t believe the driver was lying. This was the most awful conversation i?ve ever had with a manager and this person should be fired or given some serious training in customer service. He could have been helpful or kind with his words but instead he chose to be rude to customers who are putting money in his pocket. Rest assured this branch has lost a customer forever, and I will be passing on my experience to all my friends and family who live in this area to warn them to stay away from this horrible location and it?s disrespectful staff.

Was seated quickly and the staff were really polite, no issues there. But the food has gone downhill since my last visit. The butterfly chicken was small, looked sad, and just thrown together ? not what I?m used to from Nando?s. Mash was lovely and fluffy, but the halloumi was undercooked and rubbery, and the garlic bread was burnt. I even posted it on social media and got roasted worse than the chicken. For a meal that cost over twenty quid, it just wasn?t worth it. Won?t be coming back to this branch again.
