Customer service is ridiculously unacceptable.Having to wait over 20 minutes to be served when pharmacy is empty, the old lady at the counter is completely ignorant, how sad that is nearly 2024 but apparently you have to speak a certain language in this place to be acknowledged.

Waited for like 15 to 20 mins just to get a medicine when it was not even busy. Although the store is clean and tidy looking but no customer service at all. The staff was not friendly with other customers entering the shop.

Paid £45 for a vaccine booked online showed up for appointment she didn't know I was coming, had to check they had the dose for the correct vaccine type and I had to wait over 20 mins on a Sunday afternoon. Sigh

Went for Covid vaccination it was done on time and the man who gave the injection was very efficient as I didn?t feel any pain and unlike the previous time in other pharmacy there is no pain after it as well .

Made an appointment for a covid jab scheduled for today 9/5 at 2.3pm. Got there at 2.27pm and asked to sit down. At 2.40pm I asked what was going on as the pharmacy wasn't busy and I was sitting there waiting. I was told that, 'she is on her lunch break and will be back in 5 minutes.'At 2.57pm a male who had been at the back the whole time administered the jab. Sight wasn't cleaned beforehand and left with a bleeding arm and no plaster!

Unexpectedly got my covid boost at their walk in service after buying medicine. So easy! Both pharmacy staff and covid booster consultant were professional and very friendly. A great pharmacy that goes beyond with food bank collections and other services.

This pharmacy does everything from vaccinations, fit to fly travel tests, prescriptions, blood pressure and glucose tests yet so many services run and the team run them so excellently and successfully. Going up and beyond to ensure the local community feel 1st class service at 1st contact with them. Huge massive respect to the staff and management there.

Good place was seen on time. Only bad thing it is a walk in for vaccine boosters for people with no appointments. I said I had a appointment so I was seen fast. All good. Book a place appointment you should be seen before people who have just walked in for booster

First class medicine availableI took one paracetamol and I don?t feel any headache and little bit pain in bodyDefinitely recommend 500mg paracetamolAnd also they have nice service for Covid-19 vaccinations I took vaccine as well and really helps for my immune system and no pain at all..!
