I visited this Costa yesterday and unfortunately had one of the most disappointing experiences I?ve had at any branch.
From the moment I approached the counter, the staff didn?t appear welcoming or friendly. I tried to order a bubble tea, but the server abruptly said, ?It?s not available,? while glancing at another barista in a way that felt like a silent signal was being passed. It was confusing and uncomfortable.
The digital menu screen kept changing every few seconds, making it difficult to browse options. No alternatives were offered, so I had to stand and wait until the cold drinks menu reappeared just to make a decision.
After placing my order, the cakes and drink were prepared?but no one informed me they were ready for collection. I only realized after noticing them sitting on the counter. The lack of communication and courtesy was frustrating.
Overall, the service felt indifferent and unprofessional. I?ve always appreciated Costa?s consistency, but this branch fell far below expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.

Maria is very very kind and been knowing me as a regular customer ,before even I say my order ...she making my coffee ready to go ..thank you ?

Love this brunch!! Particularly because of the staff. Costa coffee is costa coffee - same everywhere, and I love it, but its the service for me that makes it kinda special. Hoping this review will reach the management, because girls working there deserve some sort of bonus, if you know what I mean ? they are all really nice, welcoming and polite, never experienced any moodiness (let's be honest, it happens to all of us.. I've been working in hospitality for 10 years, different coffee shops, restaurants etc I know that it can be blooming tough to deal with customers all day every day), but the medal goes to the Andreea!! I don't even have to speak when she's at the till and my coffee is always perfect (yes, you can screw up double espresso;)) anyways... visiting Costa in the afternoon for a coffee and snack is my favourite time of the day, I cherish it when it happens! so I'm happy if my route goes nearby this Costa shop cause I really really enjoy it here ?

The coffee was good but I had a bad experience from the employee lady behind the Tills. This was on Monday 9th of june around 11 ish am. I asked for the toilet and the lady replied 'the code is here' pointed to the receipt and i didn't get it at the beginning she assumed that i definitely know that the toilet has a code. So i adked her again then she shouted in a very rude way that the code is in the receipt. I was embarrassed and my mood went down immediately. I even discovered that the code isn't working and she refered me to the second bathroom in a very rude wsy again. Also when i finished and went back to get my coffee and adked her, she ignored me and didn't reply. However her colleague (blonde employee) was very polite and replied to me nicely.

Decent place to decompress. Coffee is adequate but a bit too pricey, the food is actually quite good, but again pricey. Usually a calm friendly environment. Not as nice as Caffe Nero generally.

Please avoid this costa at all costs! Had an awful experience here on Monday. I had the dog with me and have gone many times. I asked for water for the dog from the staff member Amelia behind the tills. She has given me cups of water in the glass many times alongside other staff members and its never been an issue. As I'm reading my book and drinking my coffee with my dog relaxing next to me, all of a sudden a lady comes marching over to me (found out she's a manager imagine) and snatches the glass and slams the dog water bowl down and shouts in front of everyone 'this only for customers not dogs yea' aggressively and loudly. I was in shock and told her who are you and what is your name and how dare she shout at me like that and be aggressive. She completely ignored me and went into the staff area, i demanded her name and found out her name is Kinga and she is a manager to my shock. Other customers were also shocked. Then Amelia who was behind the till ignored me seeing i was visibly upset and just shrugged her shoulders and said theirs nothing i can do. I am disgusted and then they started talking in a different language and the manager was refusing to come out and shouting from inside the room. I told them i am complaining to costa and the other staff member behind the till tried to apologize for her and i said how can you apologies on behalf of your manager. Absolutely embarrassing. They have no customer service skills what so ever and they ruined my day at a place where i am supposed to relax and feel safe, to be shouted it, aggressive and then hiding in the staff room is beyond unprofessional and i will never go their again after what has happened. A manager is supposed to come and speak to me like a human being first if theirs a problem and i am completely fine with the dog drinking water from the dog bowl outside but for years they have always seen me with the dog and never said anything. To talk to me like that and Kinga's behavior is vile and i will let all the locals know to avoid that costa. I have complained also to customer services on Kinga. To top it off, one of the staff members was begging me not to do a review as their reviews have been low, to which i replied are you surprised your reviews are low with a manager like that. Then she tried to offer me a free drink as a bribe not to complain and report it which i refused. My dog was also shaky and none of my family will go their again. Please avoid this costa at all costs, they have no respect for customers and Kinga is beyond unprofessional and is not fit to be a manager.

Nice place with good coffee. Staff are friendly and it's always clean. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is quick. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor place with toilet and other facilities.

I came in and ordered an iced latte with oat milk as im lactose intolerant but received normal milk. It tasted weird in the beginning and i only noticed after i drank more than a quarter of the cup. The girls that work there are careless. Careful if you have an allergy.
