“I have been trying to open a joint account online however, been unsuccessful. The documents I was uploading were all fine but for some reason, the system wouldn't accept them. It's been weeks and there was no success.I went to your branch and complained, both Purvi and Toral (I think that is her name) were fantastic, they too couldn't understand the issue and so they took copies of my documents in the branch and did it all manually. They were super apologetic, friendly and got the issue sorted. Purvi made contact a few days later to ensure I was happy and she flagged the issue to your HO who also made contact. The online system is poor and pointless however, the service from Purvi was brilliant.
