“I use this post office regularly and I can firmly say I disagree with the negative reviews. The people giving these negative reviews are probably the people who argue with the staff about things that aren't their faultI've always found they try and ensure my parcels can be sent as cheaply as possible (by using the sizing guide to see if I can be sent as a large letter rather than a parcel). Staff actively check the queue and do their best to keep it moving by checking if anyone just needs to shop counter as they can be served faster for example. My advice to people posting, is to remember it's a busy counter inside a small shop. Come knowing what service it is you need - you can easily find the maximum sizes allowed for letter, large letter, parcel etc online. Remember if you underpay for postage, the recipient has to pay a fee to recieve it e.g if you assume your parcel fits as a large letter when it doesn't. So don't take it out on staff if they charge you the correct rate for your letters of parcels and won't send it as a cheaper size. ?My only suggestion to this post office, is to arrange times for business senders to drop off their parcels. Many people arrive with massive bags full of stuff to send and they should really be using the business service where Royal Mail collects that volume of parcels from the sender's house, rather than allowing these users to hold up the queues at a tiny postoffice branch during busy hours.”

“Nice friendly service. Not particularly happy no spaces as people using car wash (jet wash) waiting in the car spaces which meant no parking spaces for those running in to get a few bits.”

“Had to call into a branch to get cash as a card was lost. Problem as the counter was only open till 2pm and I was at work. However, I went on my meal break. It had taken already 30 minutes on the phone to try and get through to them with no luck. Confusing having two members of staff interacting with customers as several people got to queue jump by being with one that dealt with people slightly faster. Still, the cashier was excellent when I got there and erased any fears, very informative, and extremely helpful. His name was Ayanleh, and what a star Barclays have in him. I hope they realise that in case they don't I will also be writing to them.”
