The staff are very helpful and always look after me. They always help me leave with my questions answered. The service is always quick. I can't say nothing bad! My sister has been banking here for years and she is also very happy with the service.

Came to put cash in my account and the cash was not swallowed up by the machine. Had to wait for 25 minutes in a queue to see the one person working. The person opened u the machine and informed me that unfortunately there is no cash lost in the machine and I will have to wait either by tomorrow or the following Monday.Very disappointed and frustrated with the service given.Do not bank with TSB

Although I wouldn't recommend the service on the phone the service in this branch is something I have never seen before. I was treated with so much consideration and respect. The lady helping me, named Sher has spent over an hour trying to help me sort out an issue I was having while Sarah was playing with my daughter so I could focus solely on the issue I was having.
