I had a terrible experience at the RSPCA store after accidentally leaving my bag behind during a visit. When I returned to collect it, I was shocked to find that my expensive perfume worth £120 had been stolen from it. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of concern or professionalism from the staff.
Went in with a few bags of donation, including camping kits and camping beds which are new but we no longer need them. The lady there asked me to take them back as she didn't want take things they may not be able to sell.
