The pizza was delicious, delivery was quick, and everything was well packaged. I want to give a special shout-out to Ovidiu, an exceptional employee ? always polite, attentive, and professional. He truly made the experience better. Highly recommended!????

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was correct, 1 wasn't. Phoned up and explained the situation, was told the only way I would get a refund or a replacement would be to wait for someone to come and collect the incorrect pizza. Explained that it was 21:15, by the time they got me a new pizza it would be too late, but they would only give me a refund if they could collect the incorrect pizza. At this point it's either eat an incorrect pizza or wait very late for a correct one. Not happy at all.

Called in yesterday at 22:30 to place an order and I clearly asked at the beginning of the call if it?s possible to place an order for collection and the man asked me straight away what I want. I wanted to place an order for 3 medium pizzas and a portion of chicken wings but when I started saying what I?d like on my 3rd pizza the man on the phone yelled at me saying ?you?re ordering too much food!? So to clarify, I asked if this means he?s not going to take my order then?! He told me they were closing at 11 o?clock and that I can order online because they aren?t supposed to accept cash payments at this time in store. After telling him that I?ll just order elsewhere he said that it?s fine, he can take my order but the total has already come to £50 and carried on telling me that it?s a lot of food and a lot of money! Again I told him I will order elsewhere, thanked him and ended the call.
A few minutes later he called me back, apologised ?for this? and asked what I wanted to order but I told him that I don?t want to order anymore because clearly it bothered him and that I will order elsewhere.

You know what, say what you will about these guys price gouging the populus with their "delivery fees" "minimum spends" and whatnot but you stuck for somewhere to snag a fair priced weekday lunch. Give these boys a buzz on your walk down to them and for 7.99 you can get a human being to take your order and actually cook you a fresh meal for under a tenner in 10-12 minutes. - bring your own drink and your onto a winner ;)

I made a wrong order online and have paid as soon as I realise I call the store to let them know. The man on the phone is very very rude and unprofessional saying what do you want me to do about that. If I cancel your order you will need to pay double of the money. So far as I?m concerned when customer ain?t satisfied with something you get it change without arguing back. Then my pizza arrived burnt as in black burnt such a shame!

I put in my instructions that I live on the 2nd floor. No lift. Delivery driver calls my phone expecting me to collect my pizza.. I told him several times due to language barrier or listening skills, that I can?t walk down the stairs. I have crutches. Unfortunately he?s not understanding that I?m physically disabled and there wasn?t anyone who could collect it for me. Still he?s asking me to go down, saying that he?s ?new?. What does new have to do with you climbing up two short flights of stairs? At this point I?m passed irritated, but calmly request that he return the pizza and issue my refund.To make sure that happens I call the store and explain to the lady what my issue is. She says to give her time to contact the driver, whom I assume had already left. I didn?t hear back for a while so I called again and spoke to a man who passed me over to her. I was concerned that if the driver did return with my pizza he would?ve tampered with it in some way. Her response was, ?Oh come onnnm?. Why would he do that!? Why do people kill? Do I know this man though? I know what annoyed people can do to the food of customers they think are being difficult. I didn?t get an explanation nor an apology. Every time I order a takeaway I?ve got to worry about these delivery drivers not being able to communicate well or follow inscructiins.

Went in today having been here at least once a week for past month and having been seen left standing and not even any acknowledgement to be with me for several minutes when they clearly saw me.Never going back there again if I can help it.
