This is the worst Gp in Hackney they are meant to close at 6:30 they end up closing at 6:20 saying they are ready to go home , the manger is worse that's why they have 3 star rating you can be in the shop and they won't answer the phone , but they will say everyone is busy , as a customer I am allowed to make a complaint or say if I am not happy with the service today at 5:15 I went to to make a complaint the manger told me she don't like the way I was talking to her one I didn't shout 2 I didn't swear 3 she said she will take me off the service list funny thing is there was customers in the shop agreeing with me ONE OF THE CUSTOMERS SAID THEY GAVE HER ANOTHER PERSON PRESCRIPTION WHICH WAS IN A MANS NAME ,THE MANGER WAS PRESENT WHEN THE LADY SAID IT BUT IGNORED THE LADY SO WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK UP SHE THEN SAID SHE DONT LIKE THE the store is wrong I really want to TO HER I ASKED THE FEMALE CUSTOMERS IN THE SHOP AS A MAN HAVE I DISRESPECTED HER THEY EVEN SAID NO BUT I WANT TO take this further because nightingale practice also says that everyone is complaining about this pharmacy but at the end of the day I want to take this further so the manger told me to look on Google if I want to make a complain DONT SIGN UP FOR THIS OHARMACY

Been trying to call all day, and each time the pharmacy is busy and to call later.
Even more galling, is I then go after work to collect. Only then to be told that the pharmacy had run out, the last batch provided to the person the queue before me.
I couldn't arrange for my prescription to be prepared as no one answered the phone. Then, the pharmacy ran out of my medicine. The next suggestion is to return the following afternoon, which is very inconvenient for someone who works full time.
Do better.

No consideration for how long you have been waiting. No consideration for how long the queues become. Slower than a asthmatic snail. Rarely answer the telephone.

I had very nice experience with Pharmacist Manager Isma,
She was very attentive, kind, and patiently listened to my issues and then advised suitable Multivitamin to me, my toddler, newborn and husband.
Looking forward to visiting again, although it's an hour long journey but totally worth it,

It is a basic place. Today no Covid tests available, although they said supermarkets probably have them. And the neighbouring pharmacy said they have them.

We have visited a number of times and been told the pharmacist was on lunch so needed to make return trips. They should advertise set lunch hours for customers to be aware. Their customer service is very weak and they have clearly not trained staff to know how to provide good customer service. Their organisation practices are very old fashioned and inefficient - they have not been able to find prescriptions and taken 10+ minutes on occasion to go through every prescription to find our items. They really need to modernise and prioritise customers more.

I came here for work experience months ago, now I am still traumatised from my experience. However, I am still shocked how one of the Bangladeshi women could decipher that my dad was from Moulvibazar, she was very nice woman, I think her name begin with R. Also, Misbah was nice to me. Another thing, pharmacists seem to know a lot about the local people, which was quite scary (don't mess with them) and sometimes they get a bit too angry :( . They also go off-topic a lot talking about weddings and stuff (one of them was even happy that Modi won an election which was very concerning)... May Allah reward the good ones though

Horrendous service staff are lazy and rude checked my meds twice and they still messed up went in this morning to be lied to by the short guy saying no othe tablets were on prescription so I went to the doctors who said that?s wrong went back same short guy was incredibly rude because I pointed out his lied and it was his mistake day before iv now had my prescription sent to a different pharmacy because I?m rude they are seriously buffoons
