This is the worst Gp in Hackney they are meant to close at 6:30 they end up closing at 6:20 saying they are ready to go home , the manger is worse that's why they have 3 star rating you can be in the shop and they won't answer the phone , but they will say everyone is busy , as a customer I am allowed to make a complaint... read full comment

Been trying to call all day, and each time the pharmacy is busy and to call later.
Even more galling, is I then go after work to collect. Only then to be told that the pharmacy had run out, the last batch provided to the person the queue before me.

No consideration for how long you have been waiting. No consideration for how long the queues become. Slower than a asthmatic snail. Rarely answer the telephone.
