It is the most ridiculous shop in the area. Whenever I step inside, the shelves are empty in spite of the staff members constantly rolling those huge stock trolleys around and pretending to restock. If you look on the shelves, they are dirty and empty. Apart from that, the shop floor is full of empty folded cardboard boxes you have to literally step over, and the stock trolleys are like big obstacles to stop you from reaching the shelves.
Unfortunately, that's my local shop the most handy, but whenever I am there, I can't believe how bad the local shop can be.

This small coop could be really good but often I will go there and no bread or baked goods. Stock is frequently low in various category. It's very frustrating

Disgusting employee screaming at young girls - the situation was that I went to pick up my parcel I went in they told me it wasn?t there and they checked many times and one of the employees in particular was speaking rudely not only to me but his co worker aswell. We made a complaint on the spot and then I left my number, they called me 20 minutes later after insisting it was DPD who didn?t deliver it but they found it. This guy opens the back door and goes he found it and they called me but regretted calling me because I was the rude one even though we were calm and wronged. Then he closes the door after saying this not letting us reply and slides the parcel. Watch the video to see how he speaks and also why is his co workers letting him do this?! Something is definitely weird here I hope management sorts him out don?t go here and don?t let your parcels get sent here because they misplaced mine after telling me it wasn?t there and were not even going to contact me.

5 June 24. Visited to collect a delivery and asked a member of staff if he could help me. He pointed in the vague direction of a colleague.
This colleague, a middle aged tall skinny man with a bald head and tinted glasses carried on stacking shelves. So I approached him and said ?is it you I need to talk to about collection??. He walked in my direction, staring intently in my face, not saying a word. He opened the goods room door, picked up his scanner and pointed it in my direction. I challenged and asked why he refused to answer my simple question and why he was treating me with such rudeness. He said ?do you want to collect your parcel or not??. I said no, I did not want to deal with him anymore.
He tapped his headset and said ?there is a customer here making trouble ?. Just astonishing, rude beyond belief and contemptuous of customers. Why not get a job elsewhere if you hate customers?
I reported the matter to the supervisor who eventually served me but I could tell from her attitude nothing would be done. I suspect I?m neither the first nor the last customer treated in this way.
Do your best to avoid this shop!
