My kids got the Talking Tables Japanese Escape Room for Christmas. We finally found time to play this game today.I was so utterly disappointed in it, I just had to write a review. I want to warn anybody else from buying the Escape Room game.Don't buy this game!!! It is a huge let down. Extremely difficult to figure out because it is incomplete.The game was filled with useless cardboard props. One clue said to look inside the lantern to find a URL. All five of us could not find the URL even after reading the clue! There was NO URL in the lantern.The instructions written in English were terrible. They were poorly written. It took 20 minutes to figure out how to set up the game because of the bad instructions.Read the reviews on Amazon for this game. There are dozens of other 1-star reviews complaining about the same poor game that we experienced.

Looking at the way how the others in the office were it looks like this is a lovely place to work.

Bought a happy birthday banner which had a manufacturing defect. I emailed their customer service team to make them aware and they were kind enough to send me the same banner (but correct) plus a fabric banner!

They have some lovely stuff but sadly we wont be buying from this site again. We ordered a Santa letter & it arrived in enough packaging to wrap our daughters Xmas gifts in. They also overcharged us on postage & refused our request for a partial refund which was disappointing.

Very bad quality. The decoration camd in a completely different colour. Was expecting it to be silver, but was sent it in grey boring colours......
