The orders are always incorrect. The staff needs to listen. I ordered soya milk not semi skimmed I can drink cows milk!!!

Again , to go , which is more expensive while having it in, please tell staff to pay attention, it's already expensive you don't want to add more, pluse sometimes corossaints are hard as marble, please change them...

I was served by a short young lady with braces, unfortunately I didn?t get her name but she was horrible. She made my drink incorrectly despite it being labelled on the cup. I told her politely and she wasn?t apologetic at all, she just grabbed the cup and remade the drink then slammed it on the counter which was very rude and embarrassing. I?ve recently moved to the area and this was my first experience at this Starbucks, I haven?t returned since, I now go to the one on Clapham high street as the staff are much friendlier and more welcoming.

Great place where to stop for a coffee.They should just keep an eye on tables and the all area as was full of dirty cups and crumbs.

Great staff normally no issues here, other than maybe a little wait for coffee if your not in a rush its a great starbucks
