Stingiest Starbucks ever?.asked for a Frappuccino with double caramel drizzle and cream?.you can barely see both . Never happened to have such little toppings. The rest fairly okay, clean and nice people working, but poor drink.

There was a female staff member who was very polite, provided quality and smiling service. The interior of the shop is small but sufficient.

A more than sufficient Starbucks for your local area, very friendly staff albeit its large catchment area means that it is more likely to be busy than not.

Was there early shop open only one person a head of me they had sat down with their coffee and then stood for 15minute with out even acknowledgment astonished , first bad review I've wrote for anyone

my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
Asked for a hot chocolate with cream and the cream was forgotten.
I was given a takeaway cup when I was sitting in without being asked.
There was mess around the cafe and the 2 girls behind the bar were just chatting.
When i asked for some cream, the girl looked very displeased.

The price of the coffee just seems to be going up every month. I just paid over six pounds for a pumpkin latte. That's it now l will not be going back there again. As Clapham has so many better options for coffee at a much better price. And the staff in there don't even smile as they are always miserable. Please don't go.

Normally I don?t go to this branch but the last three times I?ve done it, the girls serving you (two young black girls) looks like they hate their job, they?re extremely rude, the service is appalling to be honest, I ordered a baby ciño and it was boiling hot!! Are they not supposed to have training to know the temperature of drinks specially if they?re for kids like this one ? Then I had to wait for them to ask if could I have a bit of cold milk because it was really hot and the girl at the till not even looked at me to find out what I needed, just awful service. I would give less than 1 star but not allowed to.
