Having been going specsavers clapham junction for as long as I can remember, I was very disappointed on my last visit, I have always used the toilets there (as I suffer from bladder issues) I arrived to my appointment early dying to go toilet and I asked politely if I could use them and the member of staff told me ?they didnt have one? which I know is obviously a lie.I responded that I have always used the toilets here? Then he asked if I would like to go away and use a toilet elsewhere and come back? Big premises and no toilets all of a sudden

This branch is busy and well-managed, and I'd say the two are connected. My three new sets of specs were ready on the appointed day and all fitted well - the time taken with measurements was well spent. Things can get a bit busy and crowded in-store, but overall I'm very happy with the results of my visits.

In the first, almost 1h long appointment, I was suggested to order the most expensive varifocal lenses when they are actually not what i need. I went to collect the glasses and soon realised the issue, then ordered normal lenses instead. But when i went again to collect the glasses, turned out they were similar to varifocal again. I clarified it straight away they were not what i ordered, but had to take them anyway as I was leaving London for 3 weeks for work. I now went back a 4th time, only to finally have the lenses that are correct for me. Specsavers, upselling is a known practice but cannot be done at your customers' health and time costs.

Contact lenses test appointment, contact lens was dropped on floor and lost by member of staff. Left with 1 and have to go another week waiting. Also pretty sure I caught staff laughing at me when I was putting them in and taking them out which flared up my anxiety.

The experience at specsavers where I had a specialist visit due to the possibility of an operation. Dr. Yannick was fantastic, a calming experience and very professional. Thanks to specsavers and to all of his wonderful team.

I visited the store this evening, to collect my glasses. I had phoned prior to my arrival as I was running slightly late. As soon as I arrived I noticed someone being served in the entrance. Despite this the store manager still made eye contact with me, greeted me and he knew who I was (from the phone call). I was asked to take a seat and told I will be served shortly. I was very impressed by the acknowledgment, greeting and customer service. I was then served in no time and the service was 1st class from start to finish. The manager even cared to talk about how my day had been. I want to congratulate the store manager for the service and courtesy they have showed. I will recommend this branch to everyone. I will definitely come back to this store only only!

I was trying to get fitted my glasses from Boots, but everywhere in boots, I always messed it up, ending in hurting my ears while still loose fit on my head. Graham was fabulous and helped me even though many people around and the glasses from a competitor. Graham made it perfectly fitting!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ??

Just went to Specsavers clapham Junction to transfer from a different store. Graham was so helpful and friendly with my request. My contacts had also gone to my old address so he ordered me some spares free of charge to tide me over. He went above and beyond and provided such amazing service!

Overall a very good service, wonderful use of technology for the eye tests, my only gripe is when I had my eye test on Saturday not gonna lie, did feel borderline pressured into paying the additional £10 for the extra test where they check your eyes which is the same as the annual diabetic check I get for free! I did make a point of telling the person who did the free eye test, that's why I refuse to award 5 stars for my review.

I had an eye test today at this branch, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and excellent customer service/patient care of Jasmin. She is a real asset to your company and an example for all opticians!
