Waiting times are a joke in this mcdonald's. My wife actually left whilst I was waiting for my food in mcdonald's to go kfc down the road and came back with her kfc meal before I got my food in mcdonald's. The staff don't have a clue what their doing.

After being here a few times later at night in the past few weeks- there has been shocking service. It could not have been slower- 19 mins waiting for 2 items. The staff show no sense of urgency and are chatting away to each other without playing any attention. Never have a problem in other ones in London, this one is just really quite bad.

This McDonalds used to be my favourite because it was so well organised and no problems (just a friendly environment). The management here I do not feel is good but it has been like this for a long time if I am honest. They do not allow friendly dogs inside but they allow kids roller skating and vaping inside and other issues which I find unacceptable. Like a lot of littering and anti social behaviour in this Mcdonalds ( looking like Brixton one now). The food is also not that good and the drinks horrible. Table service is ok and the staff serving at table was a lovely lady but I will avoid this Mcdonalds if you have children especially ( not a lovely environment). Also the hot chocolate is horrible, I kindly asked for some cream to be added and go a STRAIGHT NO like there is no customer care and just horrid staff.

We came here on a blazing hot day because they have air conditioning. 5?? air con, excellent, friendly service.
The food is just as terrible as McDo always is.

If you expect your food to be prepared with clean hands, you won?t get it here. I was waiting 15!!! minutes for my breakfast wrap and eventually a manager started preparing it without washing hands before! And he touched a lot of surfaces before that including delivery guy?s bag (really dirty one). And they didn?t even apologise for that

I had 30 minutes, which I wanted to spend to have some food and work on my laptop at the same time. Instead of that, I lost that time in looking for a working socket and asking people to move or just to use the sockets under their tables. My food got cold and I've checked ALL the sockets and none of them was woking...

So far that's the best chicken wrap I've had in all the McDonald's I've been to, but my wife complained about the toffee syrup in her ice-cream literally there was none
