Waiting times are a joke in this mcdonald's. My wife actually left whilst I was waiting for my food in mcdonald's to go kfc down the road and came back with her kfc meal before I got my food in mcdonald's. The staff don't have a clue what their doing.

The team leaders are working at a very slow pace. They would benefit from additional training to improve their efficiency and performance.
