Yesterday, I ordered a box of chicken wings, and it seemed like they were serving food that had been sitting out for hours. It didn?t taste like REAL KFC. They need to change the oil more often; otherwise, they?re going to lose a lot of customers, if they haven?t already. Very disappointed.

Horrible delivery service, shame perhaps because of this one terrible experience. Paid £28 for a family meal delivery, had this guy show up and say he doesn?t have it, he was definitely my deliverer (let me just say A.M. initials). Then tried to make me take another person?s delivery which was a small bag not even a quarter of what I ordered. Called up the store to complain and they told me to submit a customer service ticket. Just ordered from somewhere else instead. Disgusting service. Will never order from this kfc again.

Ordered via the app and the wrong order was delivered. Contacted Uber who did absolutely nothing except ?according to their policy on this occasion they cannot offer a refund? but they were not helpful and could not explain the policy- do better ! I then resolved to contacting Clapham KFC and they were extremely helpful, I explained what had happened and the actions I had taken. Serge (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) was very understanding and even looked for the order and prepared it for collection. Thank you for being kind and understanding.

Please you are thinking to order from this place think again. It's enough to read the comments to know why. I've ordered from them but did not received all the items. I did not know that they did that to other customers as well... if I would have known I wouldn't have ordered at all! The quality of the food is really bad!!!

They didn?t send the wings, while we call them, they were rude.

After long time i pop up Clapham hight Street KFC, delicious chicken meal and an additional hot wings I ordered with my mum, best ever,staff is very welcoming ,restroom was clean, highly recommend,we will definitely back again?????
