This supermarket is great especially as it offers free same day delivery on shopping over £25 the only down side is that there sre not enough staff around. I waited nearly 15 minutes to be served as there was only one person on the till and the store is looking a bit drab as there is stock all over the place which has been left by customers but no one seems to be doing put backs.

Nor sure why they have stopped doing online home deliveries.Ordered online thinking my shopping was coming from the Clapham store as previously (as I live in Clapham), only to have the driver claim they attempted delivery and no one home, which is incorrect, as I was home all day and there was no van outside my flat.Called Clapham, (which was answered straight away) to be informed that as I ordered online, the shopping would be delivered by Streatham store.Well tried ringing Streatham store and the phone has been engaged for the last two and half hours, probably taken the phone off the hook.Shocking all round, Clapham please restore your online deliveries, as I've had no issue contacting you if something went wrong.Please put the consumer first.

Went in store and did a home delivery shop. None of my frozen shopping was delivered. Was told they had forgotten to label my bags, but they would be delivered first thing. Just called the store to see where my delivery is, they forgot to put the bags on the van.Seems like the staff here are very forgetful. They didn?t forget to charge my card though.

i love the iceland brand but i don't appreciate how the guy standing at the self checkout around 6pm just started grabbing my items and throwing them into bagging area without warning. if i needed help i would've gone to the normal checkouts, seriously ruined my mood.

Went in for a refresh. Tic tac style?of course. Who would have thought that when opening the tic tacs, they were oval. More like tic, tacos - amIright?

Iceland Clapham is FAR superior to the Streatham branch. A great selection of curries and that's important to me.

Price rises and shrinking pack sizes are really putting me off Iceland now. For example, frozen vegetables that were 1kg in weight are now just 700g, yet the prices have gone up. I don't know how they justify this. I no longer buy eggs here because the price has practically doubled in a year.

It was my first time shopping there ,and i had a woderful time there . The area is beautiful .Lots of other shops to go if your up for it .
