First time I return a parcel using DHL and this branch in Clapham WHSmith definitely recommend. The young man who served me is professional, concise and helpful. He also put the documents accordingly on the boxes, he didn't have to but helped me. Unlike some branches along Tooting Broadway they were rude and doesn't give reliable information when I asked.Disability review: I recommend this brach for disabled people like me.
