Lady in the store told us fitting was included and didn’t give us a quote until we’d paid a deposit. Fitting was the £630
Tapi sent fitters that couldn’t fit both laminate and carpet so I had to cancel meetings to sort it out
The fitter stripped all the paint off our skirting

Can't recommend unfortunately, as fitters caused damage to the room and made off with the sizeable offcuts which were to be used elsewhere in the house.
Really disappointed as have used the previous owner (Carpetright) a lot in the past with no complaints at all - always really helpful, and great customer service finding...
