really good store and great people. The only problem is that they close for lunch at different hours of the day and i can never know if it's open at a certain time or not! it would be great if there was a set time off lunch.

Love to see a charity shop still selling items at charity shop prices. I always find a bargain in here! Thanks Age UK Clapham!

Good service

Brilliant charity shop, and highly recommended for serious bargain hunters. They had a sale on, with a rack of men's shirts for £2 and a huge rack of women's clothes, mostly dresses and all for £2. Brilliant service and friendly lady behind the till.

Great experience, I like how the clothes aren?t sorted by size either so as you can look through the whole rail.

It used to be my favourite charity shop because of the quality and the way everything was organised. Since they changed the layout, clothes are all messed up and dragging on the floor. I now just get furious about how they ruined it.

This shop was good up until a few weeks ago. Now it's just a mess and full of rags all the decent brand shoes are dirty, have holes and well over worn. The whole shop smells now and looks like a jumble sale.Avoid if you can find it open!

Had a big problem with that shop and agree with that lady saying super rude . I never suffered in my whole life this problem but I called the shop and they didnâ??t do anything. So in my opinion is good to warn the others . I was having major surgery removing a tumour in hospital and stayed hospitalised for over a week . I used to shop in Age Uk regularly. Bought a whole wardrobe of very nice clothes. I was better from hospital and decided to go there to browse . I have an extensive knowledge of brands and was checking if a handbag was legit when the shopkeeper jumped at me and shouted telling me that she told last week that I wasnâ??t welcome there anymore. I was in hospital the whole week so she mistaken me with someone else in front of all customers . Never felt so embarrassed in life . I bought a lot of stuff from there before. I can imagine that lady has severe mental problems because I was on streets once and she tried to run after me . I ran faster and she went back to store . I canâ??t understand how someone with no people skills can volunteer for a shop . Anyway Iâ??m glad I left that area and is a pity because they have a nice selection of clothes . The older man is very nice and polite . Again I called age uk and they didnâ??t do anything. I wonâ??t file a police complaint because the stress wonâ??t be good for my health problems. Would avoid to go back there .I recommend a very good one in Brixton if you are around the area . They are a bit more expensive but very good brands and sometimes they have sale everything started from 3 pounds.

This place has some nice clothes on offer. You can also drop things to them. They take everything no questions.

You know that song that goes, "It's alright, it's alright, alright/ She moves in mysterious ways?" Well, half of that refrain applies to this store and the other half doesn't. Take a guess as to which half is which. Yes, that's right, the store moves in mysterious way, undulating around you like the heat-altered view through the smoke of a campfire the minute you step through the door. Okay, so the store doesn't do that normally, but in might if you're on some serious hallucinogenics in which case I recommend you reassess some priorities. What does truly apply to this store is that "It's alright, it's alright, alright." The place is clean and bright and carrying a good selection of normal, modern clothes. It's doesn't seem to be a place you'd find vintage items or especially interesting stuff. The place smelled good too - like coconut - which made me want to put a bowl of fruit on my head and sashay around. This store is the basic London thrift shop; nothing mysterious about it.
