So after my initial rather disappointing experience, Toni & Guy arranged for another appointment to fix my hair cut. Toni heard me patiently and did a fantastic job!!Got loads of compliments and I like my haircut even after washing it.Happy with my overall experience I decided changed my review. Thank you !

My hairdresser was so lovely and down to earth with great conversation. She really got what my issues with my hair were and totally understood what I wanted it to look like just by attentively talking and listening to me at the start.
