Ms. Samira was outstanding with her customer service. Having been abroad for over 10 years and concerned and worried about data and services provided by mobile phone companies she alleviated all fears. I would highly recommend the 3 store on Chiswick High Road.

I had a great experience with the whole team at the mobile service! Everyone was friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout the process. I got an iPhone 16 Pro on credit, and they also helped me replace my SIM card ? everything was done quickly and efficiently.
Special thanks to one of the team members, Hassi, who stood out with her kind and attentive approach. She made the process even smoother.

Been to store for a eSim, had some difficulty to sort it out over the phone, but, Shazil was very friendly and helpful when came to it.
Helped me with in minutes, and after very good conversation, my problem was solved and I had my eSim sorted.
Great work, highly recommend.

Hi, I am a customer with Three for many years and always visited this store. Recently been to store with a query but didn't get much help. There used to be an Indian guy working here who was nice and always helping. When asked was told that he left the store. But the other staff could have been more helpful.

Had a fantastic experience at the Three store! Huge thanks to Hassi, Huma, and Filip for their incredible help with restarting my mum?s and my phone contracts, upgrading our broadband, and even securing a great deal on a tablet. I had a real problem with my SIM card not working and a subsequent problem with my contract being cancelled. Walid Arshad in store figured out the issue, and while the workaround was complicated, and caused in part by Three systems behind the scenes, Walid went above and beyond to solve the issue.
