Wonderful experience at the Chiswick branch, much more than a place to develop your photos. I took a number of my daughter's sentimental pictures and postcards for framing and the staff there were so helpful. Special mention given to Lorraine, who came up with frame samples that ideally matched the pictures. My daughter was blown away when she saw the results

Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable. I went in here in the pre Xmas madness and they were all calm and collected and super nice even though it would be easy not to be. Lorraine was particularly wonderful, The Irish gentleman is like a wise yoda of all things framed- he knows all (frame related).

Needed urgent copies of medical CD's to distribute in morning, one of which had an issue which these guys carefully and clearly explained to me and I still left store with copies of accessible images . Genuinely helpful and quite lovely staff made all the difference at a very stressful time. Thank you !

Lady name Karen was not only rude to me but to other customer too.I usually come here to develop my film, always was great service until I spoken to Karen, she was rude and arrogant make me don?t want to visit this branch anymore. I usally pay £15 to develop my film but I had to pay £22 when she was there

I went in here yesterday because I just wanted a couple of photos on my phone printed off so can fit into my small locket chain,it?s great how they can do that and a guy with beard and ponytail and a nice lady was very helpful.

I was really impressed with the patient, thoughtful service when I came in to print materials for a charity. Thanks to the advice I received (laminated card, not frames) I spent less of that charity?s money on goods better suited to their needs.

I took quite a few pictures into Snappy Snaps as we had just had a bereavement in the family. I was given a figure of £97.00 but on my return I was told the cost was £141.00.However after requesting my 10% discount as part of scheme I was charged £131.00 .I am really unhappy that the cost was inflated and misrepresented at the time I took the pictures into the shop. I will never use their service again.
