Simple task like cash deposit is ok here. But ask anything else like a signed statement on a Bank headed paper, you won't get anywhere (as was in my case) Here you only have robotic behaviour and phraseology. Anything to think and work out they haven't got a clue. It's very sad that time and again, I have to go all the way to Richmond branch to get any important matters attended to (beyong the limits of functionality of on line banking), even though I live in Chiswick, because over there all staff are knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. I am puzzled as to why Nationwide hasn't done anything to rectify the abysmal state of affairs at this branch, despite many bad complaints/reviews.??

Out of all the nationwide I have visited this has been my worst experience yet.. I have recently moved and have been rudely spoken to on two occasions bu the same lady. Both times I was being served by someone else.. couldn't help help puy her 2 pennies worth in no pun intended.

I used to bank in high street Kensington last 5years which was 10 times efficient than chiswick branch.. I had to wait ages while the branch was not very busy. The stuff are not very friendly no smile.. very lazy

The opening times for this branch do not match what is showing on google and on the nationwide official website!Please update them PROMPTLY.Ive come here at 9am/9.30am on 2 occasions and its been closed..Wasted alot of my time!

Awful service. I rang up about an expired debit card to be resent and the manager was rude, unhelpful and put the phone down on me. All I wanted to knwo was how to receieve a new card as mine had expird and I was subjected to the rudest conversation concerning my account and what reason I had to make this request after the manager informed me the conversation was not being recorded. She made me feel like a fellon, like I had asked for something which I did not deserve to get, very rude and dismissive. I shall take this complaint further. e are all experinecing difficulties at the moment but there is no need for this level of unhelpfullness, judgment and dismissla. Appalling!

I visited Nationwide on Chiswick High Road today in order to set up internet banking and Sharon very kindly went through the procedure and set everything up for me. An absolutely outstanding service from Sharon, she was extremely polite and highly professional and I now have internet banking. First Class Service!! 10 out of 10.

I was given 5* service today by the branch manager Alistair. He went above and beyond to assist me, and gave outstanding customer service. It makes a pleasant change to be made to feel welcome by my local branch and I am far more likely to use more of the bank's products and services because of this experience.
