Absolutely horrendous. It was like an absolute circus in here and very unorganised.
Waited for half an hour for our food. Food was left on the counter for quite sometime. Mine being one of them as they were waiting for the two other dishes to be ready. Food being left there for this length of time was unacceptable, and unhygienic. Very disappointed with this visit. Been to many Nando?s before and this was one of the worse.

They kicked it in the kitchen, which don?t look very clean , very disappointing will not recommend to anyone , this is the worse one I have ever been to. Very disappointing

This experience was truly disgusting. Having visited the store for many years - since the shop changed design and brought a new manager in (I believe he was that) it?s gone downhill.
The rudeness and lack of care for customers is appalling. Shame on them. Specifically the guy with dreadlocks - his mannerism is rude and dismissive. You would?ve thought he was in Forbes top 10.

Went twice over the last 3 days, and it's probably the most shocking Nando's i've been to - from Ireland- Dublin and Cork to England- Newcastle, York, etc. over the last few years. The service both times was incredibly slow, and the food was mediocre at best, which I don't think I could have ever imagined saying about a Nando's before, because it's honestly my favourite franchise to dine at. But from somewhat burnt halloumi, and bits of corn in my dry mac and cheese, it's just a bit underwhelming and dissapointing. We also noticed staff going back and forth fixing mistakes that had been made in peoples orders, like pints, and others complaining about wait times. The staff are lovely and kind, but something just doesn't seem to go right here.

Very quiet day, service was a bit slow and waiters were a bit inattentive. But food was really nice and they gave us a drink on the house for the slow service. Greeted at the door by the manager.

I had a really frustrating experience at Nando?s. I waited 45 minutes for my order, even though I was told twice that it would only take 5 to 7 minutes. No one took responsibility for the delay, and the lack of communication was unacceptable.
To make things worse, after I asked for a refund (since the food was still not ready), I was told I had to receive it in cash, even though I paid by card. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes just for them to process that refund.
In total, I wasted over an hour with nothing to show for it but poor service and frustration. Nando?s seriously needs to improve their operations and start respecting customers? time and payment methods.

Kitchen staff seemed to be mucking about
nandos has really gone down hill
Managers excuse was they were busy with too many online orders ????? somehow instore customers has to pay the price
