I would like to highlight out Fazia's great customer service. She was polite and kind with me and she took me through the process of setting up the metro bank application on my new phone. Definitely recommend her, she had 1st class customer service. Thank you

I called this branch and was connected to an agent who told me that I could just walk in for a safe deposit box but when I arrived was dismissed and told to return with an appointment. This bank used to be customer focused, but appears has lost its way and is now rule-oriented, losing sight of what the customer wants and needs.
