Went in for a dinner party selection of wines and left very happy. Finished with a very exciting box of six bottles.Boon is the man! He offered some excellent advice and also helped me save a load of money.Highly recommend!

Dreadful experience. Asked for help in finding a biodynamic wine and was sneered and laughed at repeatedly by the shop floor assistant. He just directed me to the most basic bottle of cote du rhone as that was all he felt I was worthy of drinking. Ended up finding another bottle I wanted and the person said ?oh this is much better than the (while sneering) a BIO DYNAMIC wine?. I was clearly unhappy with how I was being spoken to but this person seemed to not take the hint and enjoyed humiliating me further. Forgive me for not being a sommelier. Won?t be returning.

not only is majestic the best wine store but this is also the best majestic branch beautiful wines, wonderful team who are total oenophiles. one day it was raining and the majestic rep lent me an umbrella! so now I basically will only buy wine here.

Felt compelled to write a note after another as always fantastic experience at Majestic Chiswick. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store always looks immaculate and is always well stocked with interesting wines. But even more so the management here do a particularly good job and you can see their enthusiasm and attention to detail filter down to store and staff. I even drive further to Chiswick store than my local majestic as such a better experience. Looking forward to their tastings again when they open again
