Today I was shopping at Greggs and I have not experienced such rudeness and rudeness from an older worker in a long time. He was very rude.

I ordered my lunch today through Just Eat app! I was missing two things from my order! After lots of times ringing the shop I had no answer and no one picked up the phone.
I then emailed Just Eat about my order and they will not give me a refund on the two items that are missing!
Really not a happy customer, terrible customer service and I will not be ordering in the future from this shop!

Ordered my food, however it came with an awful service from the manager or assistant manager, a young man who I think from what I can remember of his name tag is Arron or another name that begins with A.He was angry or fed up and was taking it out on the customers.His customer service was clearly left at home.The pasty was cold that I got but I decided not to go back in as I was put off by the attitude.

Most of the time the food was good but when I got the margarita pizza all the cheese stuck to the top of the bag so I just had soucey bread it was still good

It's pretty small and does not appear to sell any hot food. I visited at around 10:30 am and there were no hot items available.
