Ordered on Deliveroo. Driver had to wait 50 mins for food. I called up to see what the issue was and I was told ?we?re going as fast as we can? and argued about the timing. I was so shocked and annoyed.
No apology. Had an attitude and just bad customer service. I wouldn?t have minded if the lady had said sorry but she was very defensive. Then when the order was finally delivered, there were items missing after all that! So we waited for an hour for half an order. Such a shame as the food is amazing. Put me off ordering again.

We normally order from this location which is typically decent food and delivered in 20 mins top. We deciced to visit the Chiswick location this Saturday at lunch. We had our pug with us and were forced to sit outside as per policy. Fine. But the heaters weren?t working and the staff who tried to turn it on said it hasn?t worked in two years?so why not get it fixed??? It took 40 minutes to get our drinks, mind you we were the only people thats right. The only customers in the whole restaurant. Then 60 minutes from ordering to get our food. No napkins or cutlery provided. Chips were stone cold had to ask for fresh ones. I get it you have a lot of online orders. But have some priority for the guests in your establishment. Your two staff members were sitting inside the restaurant folding boxes! Oh and the male toliets! The door was wedged open so you had to use the facilities with an audience. Managment better train your employees. Your in a service business. I habe seen better service and quality at a fast food restaurant!

Second time in two weeks I am very disappointed and won?t be for a third time. It?s like it changed into a different restaurant as the product has changed in quality size and taste. Really not good at all.

Size and quality massively dropped! Is not anymore GBK! Highly disappointed! I'm sure in a while GBK will pay the consequences for this silly choice!?

For my fellow vegetarians and vegans out there:
I always order the same thing:
- Californian Burger
- Swap Quorn Patty to Bean Patty
- Extra Vegan Cheese
- Extra Beyond Meat Patty
I have experiences ranging from "absolutely amazing" to "what the hell is this and where is half of my order". And trust me experience I do have, I've been ordering from the GBK generally for like 2 years now and from this specific branch for around a year so I ate dozens of these burgers because I used to be completely obsessed.
The bean Patty is one of the better ones I tried, it's super delicious and quite heavy. All the toppings work together very well and make a good veggie/vegan burger.
However you never know what you will get (when ordering online). The Beond Patty tends to be burned which destroys the taste. You never know if you will get the Guacamole or not (which is a make or break for this burger) and if you pay for extras the chances you get them are similar to when you throw a coin.
Also, it is definitely higher priced but for the Californian Burger I would say it somewhat okay.

Super nice team. They packed our 4 Burger ? so beautiful and Manager made sure we get the toppings we love.
Both of Staff was very attentive - excactly what we needed after a long day at work.

Burger was nice. Place was quiet at the time and the service was prompt. Worth a visit if in the area though though there is plenty of choice.

I have been a customer for many years. My online order this time was terrible. The meat was pink and underdone. The chunky chips were soggy and cold. Will never go back to this resturant.

Lovely food and nice staff but zero atmosphere. Most of their business now seems to be home delivery/takeaway so sitting in has no atmosphere.

We ordered 3 burgers & sides from GBK tonight. All of them were overcooked/too well done despite us ordering them medium & juicy. We live .02 blocks from the store & everything was ice cold & dry. About a month ago I ate in store & it was overcooked then, as well. Looking at the other reviews- I see overcooking the burger is a common occurrence. I wish a manager would read the feedback & tell the folks cooking the burgers.

I orderd 2 burgers just an hour ago from GBK Chiswick. They were totally burnt. It is very disappointing! Deliveroo already refund it. But It is not about money, it is more than that!!!
My dad died because of cancer. Does GBK wants us to die? Please see photos.
