I dont recommend to buy a personal pizza there is literally no cheese on the sides only sauce the cheese is just in middle and rest doesn't taste anything except the bread and sauce

Our favourites are The Mighty Meaty Pizza and Chicken Wings.
Ordered dine-in, takeaways, we have never been disappointed.
The staffs were nice, and friendly.
Seating area is only available indoor, and pretty warm in the summer.
Sockets for charging are available.
Toilets for customers are not available.

Disappointed with Response and Quality Control
I?m a regular customer of Domino?s, especially the Chiswick branch, and often order Cinni Dippers?usually twice a month. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing.
I received an order that was completely missing the cinnamon sugar topping on the Cinni Dippers. I raised a complaint with Domino?s and attached a clear photo showing this. Shockingly, they claimed the cinnamon was visible in the photo?which is simply not true.
The picture clearly shows the quality of the Cinni Dippers is completely different from how they advertise, yet they still rejected my complaint without even offering a sincere apology or goodwill gesture.
As a loyal customer, I expected a more honest and fair resolution. I?ve now lost trust in their customer service process, and will think twice before ordering again.

food was estimated to take half an hour to deliver. one hour after it was due, i had to call them to chase the pizza. and then again. luckily, it was warm (ish) when it arrived or i might?ve been waiting another hour and a half for a single pizza

I received the wrong pizza so called to rectify the issue. I didn't really want a brand new pizza as it was already late but decided to accept the offer as long as I could do it the next day, and they agreed. Now I've called again they want me to come and collect the pizza, so they would like to fix the problem by making me come to them, suggesting it was too busy. When I asked them if I could do it the next day, they said only for collection, which is amazing as they must already know they will be busy all day! If I could see the future like they obviously can, I would've never ordered from here.

Basically I had ordered a pizza from your store and my delivery was late to arrive and the food came cold and I called the store and spoke with a manager and they promised me that when ever I order pizza again I should mention it to them and that they would put it on the system that I would receive a free pizza on my next order.
Today I?ve tired to call to make an order and the promise that was made is not being kept. On other occasion I?ve had items missing from my order and also been given a wrong order.
That?s not right it?s disgusting that Domino?s can?t keep their promises to customers.
