All services are extremely poor as on all BPs. Dirty, almost always problems with jet wash, broken vacuum cleaner, zero customer support or ability too resolve any simple issue.For example: you feed 2 pounds into jet wash machine and there is no foam, it?s your problem, no refund. A so called ?manager? who is not even able to understand you due to poor English knowledge just ignoring your complaint. Help yourself.But this kind of service is expected, it?s BP model of work.

hiextremely poor behavious from this place on night shift a beard guy,70 S Parade, London W4 5LGLast night I went to this branch to get a bulb, guy on the this branch to refuse to bring bulb,his customer services was extremly poor ,even he statred arguments for this ,Owner must put some friendly guy on this branch , who know how to talk to customer ,Guy have extremely poor custimer services, i am much disoppointed with this kind of behaviour,thanks

I just went for the manual car wash. It was not busy, but it only accepts COINS! In this day and age there should be the option for contactless (like at Morrison's).

Our closest neighbourhood convenience store. Always open, and good selection of basics at Budgens. Today I stopped in to see if they had printer paper. They did not, but they gave me some so that I could print the labels that I needed to print. Really appreciate the service

Do not allow the attendants to remove your aerial . They removed mine and no need to do so and now I have no radio or central locking as they didn?t replace it properly. I am soooo upset . It needs to be fixed by BP I have sent an email, no response as yet and I will take legal advice as the attendants should not touch your car if they have no idea what they are doingPLEASE respond . I was told I would be contacted and nothing ? Tried to send an email and it bounced back?

I used to go here all the time but never again! Today a member of staff saw me backing in to the vacuum area and suddenly decided he needed to move to stand, using a leaf blower, blocking my entry. Then when he finally moved the vacuum ate my money and didn't work. I then thought at least I can clean my car, but no that was far too much to expect! This too ate my money and didn't work. I hate complaining but this takes the biscuit! Its a shame I can't leave a 0 star review!

I had to stop here today, but never again. Staff not wearing masks, customers not putting masks on until in the shop. No choice but to go down small Isles and staff re stock trolley's in the way forcing customers to literally brush past each other. One elderly gentleman was too scared to go in so I got his shopping for him whilst he waited outside, absolutely terrible and I will only return next week to get evidence of the situation sk that I can raise it will both BP and Budgens.

Been buying petrol and goods here for over 20 years and seen all the changes. It is handy at 3:00am when you run out of beer and willing to pay over the top for convenience. However, their customer service attitude stinks. Last week air pump was faulty, and they simply refused to refund me.Yesterday I went to use car wash. Cashier told me it was broken, but jet wash worked and so gave me change for it. After moving cone to park in area and inserting £5 and started using it, found no pressure and didn?t work. I returned to cashier for a refund who refused. I asked to see the manager who was Kumar (I think) and realised he was the guy who had just watched me feeding my coins in.He told me I couldn?t have a refund as it was broken, that was why the cone was there. I pointed out the cashier had told me it worked and even gave me change, what?s more, Kumar had watched me drive in, get out, feed the machine but said nothing.After much arguing?him walking off, me chasing after etc and comments like: ?any refund would cost my business? to ?Its broken, you shouldn?t use it? followed him into the shop where I stood requesting a refund.We actually argued about this for about 10 mins when he walked off again. I stood by the cashier making it clear I wasn?t going anywhere until refunded. He eventually tracked him down by phone and reluctantly conceded to a refund.He passed me an A4 refund form to fill in a line of my details. This form was 3/4 filled with about 25 other refunds for the car wash and jet washes with dates as recent as yesterday.These services were clearly troublesome, and they obviously recover any refund from BP or the provider, so am totally flummoxed by their rude, argumentative and begrudging attitude. His customer care was disgraceful to a modern business and has no place in a civilised society. 20 years of my custom with petrol for cars, bikes and groceries and they treat me like a thief stealing from them. Esso have a station by the flyover, so I?ll give my money to them from now.

Been using this BP station for over 10 years. Since the change of management, it?s gone downhill.Customer Service is non existent and refuse to acknowledge any problems they may have. Asked for gloves, was told they?re on the bin, when the box was empty. When told the cashier it?s empty he kept repeating it's not empty. Nobody seems to care.

Price tags shows lower amount than when the product is scanned at the till. Mentioned and kindly asked to sort this out 4 times within two weeks. They always had a chat between each other using language that i don't understand and giving me an answer " SORRY ABOUT DAT" . I accept an apology, but what about other 100s customers everyday who are being scammed by 50p on some products and never spotted this ?
