Officially no dogs allowed - have been turned away multiple times with a small friendly dog, but sometimes allowed. What hardware store in 2024 doesn?t allow dogs? Bizarre business decision. Living in Chiswick, would be here frequently otherwise.

B&Q has cost me thousands of pounds.I bought an outdoor storage unit online that would have taken 2 days to be delivered. I was urgently in need of it as I had furniture outside under a tarp. It's now been 2 weeks. B&Q have not delivered even after multiple communications and now have said the products have been returned without a refund. Not only has my money been taken but my personal belongings are now destroyed. Amazon deliver tomorrow, I guess I'll be doing that then.

I recently purchased a kitchen with Karim after visiting 3 other well known, high street kitchen sellers. Karim was by far the most knowledgeable , helpful and professional member of staff I met in my kitchen project.

It feels like a huge warehouse filled with building materials and gardening tools. If you like DIY, this is the place to go crazy. There were a lot of things you don't see in Japan, especially iron products, which are plentiful and cheap, so I bought a few items, including door handles. I went there by bus, but since it's located in a place that you can go to by car, it was a little inconvenient to go on foot because you had to cross a big road, but that doesn't mean you can't go there.

Just bought a box that says £13 on the display and when I went to the cashier she said £18. Apparently, they are selling the lid seperatly where no where is mentioned.Also, the barcode is put from the inside so you don't notice.If you are selling the lid seperatly you should store boxes apart without the lids.Never seen a place that sells box and lid seperate! It's a good way to steal people.Careful not to be tricked with other items that you buy from B&Q.

Rude Guy. I came in to check some tool bags, a guy in a reflector vest with a Roy written behind it doing his work cross in front of me which he can do it behind me wirh more space. I can understand that, but what i dont understand is he took the bag after i put it on the shelve and tells me "look you took it without closing it", i just told him i took that bag like that. I even put it back properly standing, where in i took it laying flat on the handles. As much as i dont like to put a negative review but i have to as i came in early while my kids and wife still sleeping only to ruin my day. The place is good though too many items to look for in 1 place to be fair.

Useless as always. Today was packing material for a move. Boxes, bubble wrap, tape. After being directed to lighting where it wasn?t, the same guy suggested I go to Sainsbury?s to see if they had cardboard boxes (presumably round the back). Whenever I need a reminder of what a poorly run business is, I go to B&Q first. Then I feel happy in every other shop I visit.

This particular B&Q Chiswick store Has one of the best staff that I have ever faced in my life. Mr Rida was able to help me to find all the items that I was after even though All the other staff were asking me to leave because the store was closed Including the tails, but Mr Rida Was determined to help me all the way until I got all my items ready he even gone to the trouble of reopening one of the tales for me so I can finish and pay.

Inaccessible for me as there is no toilet apparently. It takes me long enough to get there and then get around so to be excluded from being able to shop in person because your store disables me is disgusting. I'll be sharing this with several of the MS and neuro charities that I work with.
