I don?t usually do reviews but the service was so good I just had to! This is the second time I have visited shape and polish and I have been thrilled both times. I saw Mayan the first time and she did a fantastic job and saw Janet today who did some brilliant nail art. She was so patient and helped me pick what colours worked best. Thank you ladies my nails look great. 10/10 I would highly recommend.

Poor customer service from an Asian lady.
Just by enquiring I was put off talk less of service.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails!! Very clean inside and staff very friendly. Always love my nails when I leave ! :)

I have been coming here for a while and the staff and environment is just amazing. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, with a good range of colours and well trained staff.

Not going back in again. Rude stuff, refused to do manicure because she?s not qualified to do manicure - sounds like nonsense to me coming to a Nail salon. Had to fix my nails and manicure after coming back home myself.
Also refused to take card/bank transfers at first instance - nobody notified me about that in advance. Looks like they?re hiding their income and not paying their taxes to me
Should definitely get checked by the health and safety departments - dirty towels and I?m pretty sure I was them reusing same instruments
The nail polish chipped off within 2 days!!!! Horrendous

Disappointed with my last visit, poor service, needed an extra half hour to fix the poor nail polish application after the tech had chatted to her colleagues throughout and the acrylics looked lumpy and the shape was a bit wonky on some. Never been wowed here but it?s convenient, but after the last appt I have decided I?d prefer to go elsewhere.Services: Acrylic nails
