Parking is good and I like the store layout but the stock level is low, its hard to find all the things you need sadly. But ill return because the location is convenient haha

Still one of the most friendly of all Sainsbury's. Polite and professional staff. Alas, more self-service tills have been brought in, but they are quick to open a proper till when it's busy.

Two shop assistants having a good chat right in the middle of the self-service checkout area - no interest at all in the customers. Thank you for ignoring the red light when I needed your help. Abysmal. If you don't want to help customers, find a different job.

I have shopped in there for many years, most of the staff are really nice, don?t like the fact that shelf?s are being loaded during shopping times making it difficult sometimes to get to what you want. Euro Car Parks are pain if you have a problem!!

The parking system is terrible.The receipts don't scan properly so if you're unlucky you have to go back into the shop to get another.Very irritating.

Their staff does NOT understand that its their CUSTOMERS who pay their salaries. 'Senior' staff lady who was called to the customer service desk for my case yesterday doesn't know how to treat customers. She talked back and patronised instead of reassuring. This after they've overcharged me! She should go out of their way to apologise and assure customer but of course they dont do that. I can only imagine how she treats her junior staff members. Total disgrace!
