Choosing Saffron Culture was a key decision we made in preparation for our wedding at Kew Gardens. From the very first inquiry and the clear, detailed quote, Manpreet and the team were consistently supportive, accommodating, and exceeded all expectations. lovely ambience However when I asked for paneer to be out of the sauce as I knew it might be too hot as I can't take too much chilli I was told it was not possible- how hard is it to take something out of its sauce?? Other Indian restaurants are happy to oblige even as far as to cook a mild version 4u. very disappointed in this "un cooperative" attitude. Very reluctant to go back they should try please customers...

Manpreet and the entire team at Saffron Culture are simply the best! We had our wedding at Kew Gardens, and even before anything else, all our guests couldn?t stop raving about how incredible the food was. It was absolute perfection from start to finish! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection ? juicy, tender, and packed with flavor ? and the salted caramel cheesecake was honestly one of the best desserts we?ve ever had.
The team were so hands-on throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond to make everything seamless and stress-free for us. Their attention to detail, quality, service, and beautiful presentation were all 5-star. We felt completely looked after and could not have asked for a better experience. I honestly can?t recommend them enough ? they made our day even more special!

The food arrived on time, warm and best of all it was simply delicious.
The staff were excellent and our whole experience with Saffron Culture was easy and pleasant.

Saffron Culture catered our wedding and they were absolutely phenomenal!
Manpreet and his team created the perfect Pakistani-French fusion menu that had all our guests raving - providing creative vegan and non-vegan options. The flavors were incredible - the mini aubergines in peanut sauce were delicious and the chicken melted in our mouths. But they also incorporated elegant French touches like the brie samosa and the classic vanilla creme brulee. The presentation was stunning as well. Saffron Culture truly went above and beyond to make our wedding meal unforgettable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional catering with unique and delicious fusion cuisine!

We came across Saffron Culture when we were planning our wedding at Kew Gardens in June 2024.
We went for a tasting a few weeks ahead of the wedding. From the outset, we were really impressed by Manpreet and his team - they were very professional and the good was delicious. We went for a second tasting shortly before the wedding to finalise the menu and try a few more dishes.
For the food, they provided canapes at our drinks reception (the mini chat was delicious), a trio of starters (lamb chops, mushroom bhaji, chicken, butternut squash patty) and a few different curries for the main - all served with naan, yoghurt etc and a beautiful desert.
As caterers, they were also able to provide for all the different dietary requirements with ease - vegans, gluten free, kosher/halal etc. They were easy to contact at all times, even for quick questions and helped with a run through ahead of the wedding.
Manpreet also helped contract a drinks supplier, oversaw tables, seats, bars set up and seating arrangements. It really ran like clockwork - we didn't have to worry about anything on the day.
All our wedding guests said how much they enjoyed their food - would very much recommend, very tasty food that everyone enjoyed!

Manpreet and his team delivered everything we hoped for and more. Our wedding was at Kew Gardens.
Manpreet provided great advice in the build up - steering us to the options and selections which would work practically and what flavours would complement each other.
The catering was widely praised as being some of the best wedding food our guests had ever had and the service was second to none. Food presentation was also exactly as shown when we did our tasting.
Staff were attentive, easily accessible and speedy.
Cocktails were also exceptional and the bar was very quick to order at.

My partner and I had Manpreet and his team at Saffron cater our wedding dinner (vegan/vegetarian for 200 people). Many of our non-vegan guests left wondering how vegan food could taste that good :) We could not speak more highly of the team nor the food - both were fantastic! Not to mention Saffron catered to a wide range of dietary concerns and the team's service was top notch. Would highly, highly recommend!

We hired Saffron Culture for our wedding at Kew Gardens. We did two tastings and a drinks tasting prior to booking. We could not be more pleased with the food on our wedding day. It was delicious, looked beautiful, they dealt with last minute adjustments like pros, everyone still compliments us on how delicious the food was. We highly recommend them for catering a wedding at Kew Gardens. Professional, patient and perfect!

From the moment we reached out to Manpreet the experience has been nothing but smooth and pleasant.Manpreet was excellent at tailoring the wedding menu to match the diversity of our cultures and we enjoyed his innovative approach to food. He never said the things we wanted were impossible but highlighted the pros and cons of each option clearly. He was pragmatic and trustworthy, and was one of the key people on the wedding day who we relied on to execute and deliver on our vision. It was convenient as we ended up going with Manpreet not just for food but also the drinks, which all the guests said were great, especially the cocktails. Many of our guests told us how exceptional the food was, especially the lamb and the mango coco dessert. Having been in the industry for a long time he has worked in some of the best venues London has to offer and knew how to make best use of the spaces at Syon Park. This was valuable knowledge for us on the day as we ended up having unexpected rain and he was able to rearrange our initial plans efficiently and seamlessly. We only have good things to say about Saffron Culture, thank you Manpreet for making our wedding as memorable as it was!
