Not been here for a while, now I'm. Neros fan. Been in Neros once today already so decided to revisit Costa. What a mistake! Had a decaff latte that tasted like it was made with UHT milk. It was also missing a crucial ingredient -- coffee! Service was also disappointing with a surly man barking out orders to a young lady (who used to work in Neros, strangely enough!).
Neros is across the road so do yourself a favour and head there.

I came here in the morning and the young woman who served me was amazing. She was so nice and chatted to me whilst I waited for my drink. She even asked if I wanted extra tissues, my food in a bag, and if I wanted any chocolate powder on my mocha. Both the ladies were really nice and it made my morning. This is definitely the best Costa in the area because some of them don't bother even looking at me when giving me my drink.

I love Costa but I was very disappointed with the almond croissants the last time. I had the first bite and realised it was stale. The lady exchanged them after my request but I think this should be improved, maybe you can warm them up before serving.
