Requested a sick note nearly 5 days ago ring them about it take over 30 minutes to answer when they do there rude when I said I've heard nothing back yet only to get told its not half six yet my mum has cancer and u don't need that from a doctors receptionist

This place has become from bad to worse to worst! These people at the reception have absolutely no interest in helping you! All they want to do is somehow shrug you off!!After finally getting through to a receptionist after a considerably long waiting, she abruptly put me on hold without telling me why and then disconnected the phone when I didn?t hang up!!!! Absolutely appalling behaviour!

The length of time it takes to be answered in the queue system is ridiculous. The repetitive nature of the messaging alongside a current 25 minute in an original 4 person queue....If you try to book online, you can only do so weeks in advance unless you want a smear test, flu jab or asthma clinic.Archaic telephone system and appointment booking, let's hope the merge brings some much needed improvements.

I wanted to say a big thank you to the nurses and the reception lady at this doctors. Sadly people only write bad reviews but never say when they have a good experience.The receptionist was helpful polite and couldn't do enough to help me book appointments for dressing changes. She was a credit to the surgery.I have now seen two different nurses and again they are amazing. The card they have given really instills my confidence in the system and they again can not do enough. They were kind and gentle given the pain im in.Thank you so much for all your help and support. In life you can not always please everyone or make miracle cures but your approaches and help goes along way.

Dr Howell is one of the loveliest people I've ever met and has helped me hugely - she is caring and accommodating, listens intently, has your best interests at heart and does the utmost to help in any way she can. She is an astounding credit to the practice and the medical profession in general

Outrageous 1hour 30 wait for appointment and even then it?s only telephone appointment if you need urgent appointment you would die before they would help

Extremely rude receptionists and Doctors particularly that smallish Indian doctor Dr Howell, rude, impatient and not helpful. Avoid her. What?s the point of being a GP if you?re not patient enough to listen to patients. Don?t register with them, you're better off with another surgery.

Just a complete shambles. No communication/misleading info given. GP's are never there and take ages to sign off prescriptions.Not what it once was.UPDATE: came here on 22.3.2022 to pick up results which I was told would be ready to collect same day. Arrived and was ?closed for the day due to staff training?. Thanks for telling me!!!!

Waiting over 25min on call for them to hang up on me - again. Really frustrating to be ignored when you need help. Obviously need more staff!

This is the worst GP at Chislehurst, administration is rude, they don't pick up the phone.We are waiting on line sometimes 2 hours.I don't recommended this GP.

GP's team of doctors is fine and this review is not about how they are providing treatment. Unfortunately, in a front of this practice there is GP registration team (practice team) - and this is different story which makes you want to do everything to avoid that GP - waiting times over 1 hour to move in a telephone queue just one space, or nobody answering the phone when you are first in the queue, rude staff or even ignoring your requests to anything which is important. It is easier to call 111 and get registration through them instead of the practice itself!

Receptionists here are very dismissive and don't understand how their own GP system works. They claim they're not responsible for booking my vaccine, even though this is my GP, and erroneously claim that each borough has its own system (even though all are on Pinnacle 'outcomes4health'). They don't listen or try to help; they just insist that it's not their responsibility.Having such receptionists responding to and triaging potentially critical patient queries is detrimental to the health of everyone registered with this abysmal practice.
