I took my mother there for flu jab. I did not find the people very friendly and the place looks run down with little available retail stock. Very sad looking. I do not mean to be negative, just a statement of fact. The least one can do in a retail environment is be polite and welcoming. This is in direct to another pharmacy in E4 where the whole operation was more pleasant and efficient.

Staff are rude and dismissive. Booked to get my flu jab here which was paid for by my employer but didn?t end up having it done. They need the voucher code even though you use it to book the appointment online. You?d think they?d have some sort of record of it. Went home to get the voucher code and when I returned the pharmacist had gone on her lunch even though she?d told me I could come back. So wasted an hour of my life, two trips there and didn?t even get the flu jab.

What an amazing service from the pharmacist(Loveth) and the other staff( Abby and Aqsa). I wish everyone to be trained and professional like them.

Incredibly rude staff. Had been ringing all week to get my prescription, ended up going in as was about to run out and mentioned about the phones, and the staff member behind the counter had the cheek to tell me 'try ringing now'Used to rely on this chemist but it's not worth the stress or rudeness. Don't go here.

Never answer the phone. Even rung them standing at the door. And watched them ignore it. Did not have medication ready after texting to say it was ready.. Left me at the counter for over 15 minutes. Some people walked out. Bad service. Terrible customer services.

This place needs to be addressed by head office. The floor looks like it hasn't been swept or hoovered in months, since the agency staff have the place is disgusting. Sort it out please, it's a place that is supposed to be clean. Maybe teach the staff on how to welcome people coming in.

It is a good pharmacy, but it tends to be slow dispensing prescriptions at times as it can get very busy with lengthy queues

As you can see non stop complaints. I'm another. You phone and its picked up and put down all the time. I even called whilst I was there and watched this happen and asked why and told we do not do that. I then showed them my phone and the call. I was refused to order meds so have now changed pharmacies. These people running what used to be a great pharmacy with lovely staff need to be replaced immediately before someone is placed in a life threatening situation because of lack of attention.
