Incredibly rude staff. Had been ringing all week to get my prescription, ended up going in as was about to run out and mentioned about the phones, and the staff member behind the counter had the cheek to tell me 'try ringing now'Used to rely on this chemist but it's not worth the stress or rudeness. Don't go here.

They never answer the phone which i find is ridiculous what if it was an emergency its so bad i call them over and over again probably 8 times and all it does is ring

Never answer the phone. Even rung them standing at the door. And watched them ignore it. Did not have medication ready after texting to say it was ready.. Left me at the counter for over 15 minutes. Some people walked out. Bad service. Terrible customer services.

This place needs to be addressed by head office. The floor looks like it hasn't been swept or hoovered in months, since the agency staff have the place is disgusting. Sort it out please, it's a place that is supposed to be clean. Maybe teach the staff on how to welcome people coming in.

It is a good pharmacy, but it tends to be slow dispensing prescriptions at times as it can get very busy with lengthy queues

As you can see non stop complaints. I'm another. You phone and its picked up and put down all the time. I even called whilst I was there and watched this happen and asked why and told we do not do that. I then showed them my phone and the call. I was refused to order meds so have now changed pharmacies. These people running what used to be a great pharmacy with lovely staff need to be replaced immediately before someone is placed in a life threatening situation because of lack of attention.

Very bad service everything out of stock.Even the regular customers they try to get rid of them saying to go other pharmacy because they can not make it ready even more than a week.They have shortage of staff more than five months very poor condition

Can never get through to them on the phone, they don?t pick, they had me going back and forth travelling to check if prescription was present, prescription took two to three days thereafter to attain, very unorganised , I will be changing pharmacy back to boots as these problems never arose with boots

How disgusting a chemist closed on a Saturday work all week so can't get to the well chemist chingford hatch only time most people can get there poor poor service

The staff in the chemist are nice, but unfortunately they never answer the phone, no matter the time you call, it just rings until it cuts off
