Absolutely fantastic pharmacy!! I came in with an issue and because of Pharmacy First they were able to diagnose, and give me medicine. It saved me a huge amount of time not having to go to a GP or emergency. Fantastic

So glad I switched pharmacy to well they have been great. I won?t say who I was with for years before switching. But it?s been so smooth getting repeat prescriptions from well. Txt messages are sent when items arrive in and things arrive quickly. Polite staff it?s been a breathe of fresh air. Wish I had have switched earlier.

This by far has been the highest level of customer service I have ever seen. Ann Marie the pharmacist went above and beyond to ensure I received my medication. This is vital medication she was concerned and didn't want me ending up in hospital. The script had not come through however she called the relevant people to ensure this happened. Caring , kind and professional. It was evident they were short of staff however remained courteous and took time to take care of everyone. Much gratitude to this lovely one of a kind compassionate lady. Other local chemists would turn you away and wouldn't even try to help. Thank you so much :)))?????

Tuesday 14, 2025. At around 2:20pm I?m in line to purchase some makeup I don?t have in the US and I?m waiting at the counter to pay, 2 women behind the counter doing their business, to be honest I don?t care how long it took for them to finish, I wanna buy something so I?ll wait. the problem is , this older lady comes in, and one of the women, a darker colored one comes towards the counter doesn?t acknowledge me and goes straight to the older lady ask her how can she help her! I literally said ?oh my God what a joke, am I invisible ? this woman makes me wait while she roams around behind the counter and she has the unpleasant attitude of ignoring my presence and talk to someone else! Do better!!! Unbelievable sight, I used to enjoy this pharmacy workers way more! What in the world happened for wells to hire such unpleasant people! Didn?t even apologized.

1st October 2024 Looked up to see what time the chemist would be open 9am so went 9am not open sign on door saying "we will be opening late waiting for pharmacist " very vague. Would of helped to put a ETA of pharmacistarrival . Went back at 9.40am people waiting outside different to earlier as they must of given up . Person inside who really should of come out to give us an update ( now know this was the pharmacist in the store ). Went back later 10am ish Anyway to end on a posative the lady who served me was very pleasant and I was served promptly .

Went late afternoon to collect my medication that was sent over electronically the day before. Was told that they don't have it and will have it today before they close. They took my number and I was told I would receive a message to let me know when I could collect it. Was told that I will definitely get my medications today. Have been calling for the past hour, the phone just rings and rings and rings. No response and no message to tell me otherwise.

I had been coming to this pharmacy for so many years but I left to go to Borno a couple of years ago because Well pharmacy became really terrible, customer service was terrible, the shop was a state, and it was just too much headache to even bother going and there was never any care for us patients. But I recently went back because one time Borno didn?t have my medicine, and I met with the new manager Aysha who gave me attention and good advice on my long term health it was so refreshing to feel welcomed and she was honestly such a star. I came to give 4 stars for her, and her only. I will be coming back to Well now that she is here, but the shop still looks a bit lacklustre and needs some work. The other staff didn?t have seem to much help for me and the state of the shop, so they have still got big room for improvements so not giving 5 stars. The pharmacy has gone through so many changes in managers over the years and they?ve never seemed to work recently, but I hope she stays as manager because this is exactly what the pharmacy and community needed. Have had conversations with many people who all had similar great experiences very recently with her and sing her praises, the pharmacy has hope as long as she stays and I will too!

This chemist has gone downhill they only give half of the products that they order & get them wrong aswell. The phone is never answered. They never have medication stock if they do it expires before you finish the pack. Filthy dirty inside they have no pride in their work! Were moving to another place as we cannot deal with them anymore!

Been calling this pharmacy now all day 18 calls so far to try and place renewal prescription apparently this is one of there services shame that they don't provide this service

My baby needs special milk. Otherwise has very bad pain. I will save a very long line of issues and just mention the last interaction. Upon my third attempt of going in and asking them to order the milk. Of which I waited for them to confirm it?s ordered before I left last time i arrived today again to a long wait and being asked to put my name and address on a bit of paper which I don?t think for a well organized compliant health data organization would not do I was told again they did not have it. While in disbelief and before I had a chance to ask questions he said I will just return your prescription. Try over at the other pharmacy?s. I am not someone who complains and leave messages on google. But I cannot believe how this has been run. And I guess they are still in business as unfortunately people get sick and need drugs. Any other business that runs like this I am sure would be done. I have since gone to the suggested pharmacy and have had a great experience . Fully staffed and very communicative. ( Borno pharmacy)
They seem to be aware of how bad they are as by the till they even have details posted up if you wish to complain. Avoid any extra stress and try another pharmacy
