Great shopping experience, great selection of tiles.Sales associates are extremely helpful, knowledgeable & approachable.Well run superstore, seems the company really cares about their staff.Parking facilities outside, easy access in and out.

Myself and my husband have visited this store on a few occasions now and have had the most amazing customer service from Lee. He has been so helpful and made the process of trying to choose tiles for 2 bathrooms so much simpler. He gave us loads of advice, opinions (which we asked for), tracked down discontinued lines and also things that were not in stock and co-ordinated the swift delivery of all of them. All of it done with patience and humour. Thank you so much Lee, you have been amazing.

Was here Sun 14 Aug with my dad and gran, looking for bathroom tiles for my gran. A young guy with very curly brunette hair was so lovely and gave us lots of helpful suggestions, even gave us a grout colour chart because he noticed the colour scheme details were super important to me. Such attention to detail and just really friendly staff member, can't believe I didn't ask for his name!This is a great location overall with a great selection. Would definitely return.

Go to JACK, fantastic knowledge and extremely helpful especially if, like me, you know nothing about tiles or tiling. Even carried the tiles to the car 'in case I dropped them'. Don't see service like this anymore. well done Jack.
